LOL remember what happend to Terri Horman at their PC lol Doom! lol
Terri was the last person to see Kyron.

I think if they stick the brother in front of a camera it wont be good for him.

That can change, though. Just because LE says they've been ruled out does not mean they aren't looking at them.

Fact: LE has confirmed, many times over that the brother and boyfriend are not suspects. That's a very serious statement. When LE clears people close to the investigation - this is serious business. It's not a game. The family and the boyfriend can rely on this statement, and speak freely with LE, without attorneys present.

LE is NOT looking at them. :cow:

WS asks it's members to follow strict guidelines about not implicating or speculating about family members who have nothing to do with the missing.

Since people keep hinting at this, I'm going to ask again:
Can anyone provide a concrete example of a situation where LE repeated said that family members and/or boyfriend was "cleared" and "ruled out" and "not a suspect", then they changed their minds?

It doesn't happen, IMO.

It took them this many days to come up with this "clarification" ???? I am now very suspicious of the brother. You either see something or you don't.

In the above article:

As new clues emerged Friday investigators announced Tennessee nursing student Holly Bobo’s brother did not witness her abduction

LOL! This is crazy. Then who told LE the camo man had hold of her arm, walking toward the woods?

Well then who saw her being walked into the woods? How do they know she was not carried into woods, or went into woods at all, if he only saw them standing and talking? This is truly insane...

And since no one is a suspect right now, then it would be true to say that brother or boyfriend are not suspects, technically...

Well if she didnt walk into the woods that would explain why no scent was found there. Or if the brother didnt see her go then how does he know she went in the woods (with a guy in camo). Of course she supposedly was dragged, walked or led into the woods depending on which version of the story you read and on what day. I'm blonde but I'm not stupid. This just doesnt make any sense...

This is starting to feel like Colorado City, TX, with the city manager Pete down there giving the updates...

WHY would it benefit LE to have so much twisted info out there? She needs to be found. Time matters. Clear some stuff up.

She was abducted whether she was dragged or held by the arm and led away, IMO.

Once again, remember when Carlie Brucia was "led away by the arm"?

This is the same information that was given. It states that the brother did not see Holly being dragged into the woods, but Holly walking with the guy towards the woods.

I am with Emma Peel on this one. The brother is not a suspect. Unfortunately, because of this erroneous info in the media the entire internet has cast doubt on the brother's story. We really have no idea what account he gave LE.

I'm glad you brought this up. Has it been reported, Holly's scent wasn't picked up?

Someone asked where Hamilton Cty is earlier, I was looking at a map of TN earlier, and it's over on the SE side of the state, bordering GA, I think.

Here we go:

Yes but the story keeps changing.
and that story goes back to the last person that saw her.

OMGOSh they share probably 50% of the same county names Iowa has!! LOL

  • #478
And if he saw her being led by the arm...he saw the abduction...

So... just for reference, how does LE "rule out" or "clear" someone who is all alone and has no alibi? Do they just take the person's word for it?

Thank you so much Emma. Additionally, WS is a victim friendly forum and right now Clint Bobo is the brother of the victim in this case. If all the continued comments about him don't stop, I fear the mods or Tricia will have to step in and close Holly's threads and we won't be able to discuss her case at all. I'm not sure how plainer LE can be when addressing this as they have said Clint Bobo is not a suspect in the disappearance of his sister.
