On 02-12-2019, Geneva Cooter reported to the Greene County Sheriff’s Department that her brother, Homer Marshall Ricker, had not been heard from since December 23, 2018. She reported that on the afternoon of 12-23-18, Homer Ricker spoke to his son and then left the residence on foot. He was last seen walking in the Mohawk/Bulls Gap area of Greene County, TN on Mohawk Ridge Road. Family members report no further contact since that day.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Homer Marshall Ricker is asked to call Detective Sergeant Chuck Humphreys or the Greene County Sheriff’s Department at 423-798-1800.

GREENE COUNTY, Tenn. (WCYB) — The skeletal remains found in Greene County on October 17 have been identified as those of a man who was reported missing in 2019.

According to the Greene County Sheriff's Department, Homer Marshall Ricker was reported missing by family members. He was last seen in late 2018 walking in the Mohawk/Bulls Gap area.

No foul play is suspected in Ricker's death, according to authorities.
