Kaitlyn Abree Ledbetter – The Charley Project
The link above includes the following facts regarding Kaitlyn's disappearance:
[...]
Ledbetter was last seen at her home on Turkeytown Road in Hilham, Tennessee on May 2, 2021. She lived with her father and his girlfriend.
[...]
[...]
In August 2021, several months after she disappeared, her house was destroyed by fire and her father's girlfriend was killed. Her father survived.

Based on this information, we know Kaitlyn, her father, and his girlfriend all lived together on a home on Turkeytown Road. We also know this home was destroyed by a fire in August 2021, about three months after Kaitlyn was last seen, and the girlfriend of Kaitlyn's father died in that fire.
We also have a MSM report about a house fire on Turkeytown Road from August, 2021:

This report includes this information:
[...]
Overton County Sheriff’s Department and Hilham Volunteer Fire Department personnel were dispatched to a residence in the 100 block of Turkey Town Road around 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 18 and arrived to find the structure fully engulfed.
[...]
[...]
Once the fire had been suppressed, the body of Crystal Tyson, 36, was located in the basement.
[...]
Looking at Google Maps, there appears to be one residence in the 100 block of Turkeytown Road that has burned down in recent years:
Tennessee 38568

So if we piece together these two MSM reports,
IMO it becomes highly probable that the house destroyed by fire in the 100 block of Turkeytown Road in August, 2021 is in fact the same home where Kaitlyn was last seen in May, 2021. The road and terrain in the satellite photo matches the photo in the MSM report covering the fire.
This is a current photo of the same property on a real estate website:
This is a Vacant Land. It is located at 174 Turkey Town Rd, Hilham, TN.

The foundation of the house remains, but the remainder of the home is now gone.
