Some ideas/theories I've been kicking around...

The area is isolated and relatively new. When I search the area on Zillow or Redfin, most of the properties listed for sale are plots of land - not even a house. The houses that are on sale are no more than 15-20 years old.

If this was planned in some way: I highly doubt this/skeptical, because she didn't have shoes, was in her pajamas, and jumped out of the window during an argument.

If this was not: I...the idea that someone is out there at 5:30 a.m. and takes her/forces her into a car is low-key unsettling. Potentially, depending on how far she might have ran (again, no shoes), someone could have offered her a lift/ride and abducted her then.

Just 100% speculation/my opinion only.

MOO Could she have traveled to Indiana? Her social media alludes to her possibly having lived in Indianapolis previously. Area code 317 and the high school listed on her social media. JMO

wow over two months missing
where is she?
I find it odd that a 25 year old jumped out a window in her jammies
instead of say, packing a bag, getting dressed and angrily storming out the front door to wait for a ride or drive off?

Maybe she didn't...

I'd like to know more about the fight with family. It must've been bad for her to jump out of a window with no shoes on.

I’m lost on how a kid this age didn’t have a trail of digital info a mile long to see who she was in contact with before she disappeared. I’ve long given up on the walking in the woods story.

Well, walking in the woods doesn't need to be disregarded, but it should be considered with LE's statement that the dogs traced her out of the woods to a road.

That sounds a lot like there was a plan for her to be picked up. That’s why I was so curious about her communications leading up to her leaving.

But wait, if she PLANNED on being picked up, why did she leave without shoes!?!?!?!

That part doesn’t make sense. Maybe it was a habit, as with a lot of people in the country? I should have said “picked up” or “taken”.

Woman dies in Turkey Town Road fire

The house that burned (and body was found in) was the house Kaitlyn was last seen at, where she jumped from the window after an argument.

From the Aug 24 article:
Overton County Sheriff’s Department and Hilham Volunteer Fire Department personnel were dispatched to a residence in the 100 block of Turkey Town Road around 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 18 and arrived to find the structure fully engulfed. They were also informed that a woman was still in the house. Fire departments from across Overton County as well as from Jackson County and Putnam County responded over the course of the evening to fight the blaze. Once the fire had been suppressed, the body of Crystal Tyson, 36, was located in the basement.

At the request of 13th District Attorney General Bryant Dunaway, Tennesee Bureau of Investigation special agents and fire investigators also responded to the scene. This remains an active and ongoing investigation, according to TBI.

I wonder if this victim is related to the missing person? This gets more strange.

Couple of clarification questions:

1) So she jumped out of a WINDOW and took off running into the woods after an argument?

2) I’m a man in my 30s, but I’ve bought boy shorts for girlfriends before. Those are less pajamas and more panties. Was I correct in seeing she ran off in only a t-shirt and boy shorts?

specifically, the clothing description is "pajamas boy shorts that are white with light blue polka dots, a royal blue sleeveless T-shirt, and no shoes"
