(1) Do we know if cell phone triangulation was used on the pings in Decatur, AL? In other words, we know a phone or phones pinged in Decatur but did the authorities use triangulation methods in order to find the physical devices?

(2) Been messing with Street View on Google Earth (wish those images were live!), calculating driving distances, and just generally trying to brainstorm while staring at a map of North America until my eyes go blurry. That head-start TC had is crucial and it's also why it is so hard to pinpoint an area that would be plausible. We are lacking in clues, I can only hope that LE has more info than we do in this regard but just aren't saying as to not give TC an inadvertent heads-up.

Assuming both names (husband and wife) were on the title, I don't think either the wife or the loan company can report the car stolen unless there is proof it was taken, without consent, from both the husband and the wife.

I'm not lawyer and slept in my on bed last night, so, I may be wrong.

The above is my opinion only.

What do you mean by this:

Did I miss something?

I'm guessing a reference to the Holiday Inn Express commercials.

Yes I just can't find it. About an hour ago someone mentioned a possible different sighting that was reported.

Thank you, everyone for the updates. I remain hopeful that ET will be found alive and brought home. Unfortunately, it may take longer (already HAS taken longer) than any of us wish. Let's spread the word far and wide and go find Elizabeth.

Just had a thought. I booked a vacation rental on AirBNB and never met or spoke to the person I rented from. There was a private parking space and a lockbox with the key. Air BNB has a lot of off the grid rentals, all over the world! You do have to provide information when you sign up, but I bet that can be faked and then use a Visa Gift Card, or whatever, to make the payment and you're off the grid! Many of these can be monthly rentals as well.

Great post!

In several of the earlier threads, I wondered about this possibility. In some posts, I even linked how many Air BnB rentals were in different cities as well as Mexico bc there really were many, many affordable options.

We have stayed in AirBnB rentals many times. Probably out of 10 times, we met the owner on one occasion. And even that time, she asked zero questions. Took a security deposit and that was all she cared about. Literally.

So if ET & TC are found and she wants to stay him... That's it?

During the press conference they stated that her going willingly was not an option be wise regardless it was kidnapping. But this kind of contradicts that.

Federal laws trump state laws. Is there a federal law that calls this kidnapping? I think yes, but I don't know for a fact.

Transporting a minor across state lines gets the Feds involved.

Do you remember when the FBI got involved? I just remember seeing an article after the fact one day about them being involved.
