Completely disgusting. I cannot believe an 11 year old had access to a gun without supervision. I carry every single damn day, and if my gun is not on my body, it's locked away. It's not that hard. Gun owner should be charged as well. Yes, I am sure his family is devastated, but we have to make examples of parents who let their children have access to guns, until every gun owner is properly storing their weapons.
