Subpoena duces tecum means "you show up and you bring documents"

Didn't get Notice means that notice they were served, I assume.

JB team talking about "parsing" . SA says they have no control over what happens in the hands of Oakridge or FBI..

oops, defense failed to notice fed authorities on motion to preserve evidence bc it deals with fed agencies, etc. that state has no control over

Apparently for the rest the defense did not notice the proper parties!

Judge says the "tone" of JB team lawyer is not appreciated. Don't speak to the SA, but address the court appropriately.

Baez's counsel is saying "If you have information you need to turn it over." I think the SA is arguing the proper parties were not notified.

Team JB says they aren't getting info in timely manner and the trial is fast approaching.

I'm sorry but didn't Judge in last set of hrgs and motions to preserve evidence, exchange evidence say that stuff had to be provided within x days?

I think they needed to get some of these docs "from the sources" and since they didn't go about it properly they just want the State to turn it over.

Yeah, but it is up to the defense to ask for it from each agency in a proper manner. I think that's what the problem is...

the order on this motion had to do with notification of testing... defense is talking about documents being received. everyone is confused.

Prosecution saying FBI has there own protocol and they may not allow someone to be present at testing.
