Cruise says his children, 11-year-old Connor and 13-year-old Isabella -- from his marriage to Nicole Kidman -- will help take care of the baby.

"The kids will have different responsibilities and run in shifts. They're going to help on every level," he tells the magazine.

The couple haven't decided whether Holmes will give birth in a hospital. "At home, maybe," Cruise says. "We're really going back and forth on that one. But it's gonna be a blast."

I like how the article listed a few posts ago said KH and TC were doing classes on how to take care of the baby. Who took care of his other two children if he was too stupid to know how? Sounds like Nic needs to take her children and run since he intends making slaves of them. I hope they tell their father to stuff it. It might be fun for a while, but it will get old fast with teens. LOL! I really feel sorry for them. It must be sad to know the whole world thinks their father is a fool.

Hmmm...maybe he is trying to prevent Katie from bonding with the baby and that is the reason he is having Connor and Isabelle take care of the baby the first few days. He isn't ditching them , but he might ditch Katie or vice versa.

There is something so not right about all of this, but I can't quite figure it out. I was convinced that she was probably pregnant and not faking it, but now that some of you have pointed out that she doesn't constantly touch her stomach, or that she hasn't gained weight in her face (everyone does at the end), and she doesn't seem to waddle or walk with that hand in the center of her back, I am thinking it could be possible that she could be faking. Weird.

The two children that Nicole and Tom 'had' were adopted IF I recall correctly.

I am just blown away by the PURE ignorance of these two individuals.

I can believe someone taking care of BABY in the wee hours right after the birth, cuz MOM is tired. OR someone helping with the wee hour feeding the first couple of nights til MOM feels a bit rested.

I have told my story before, when baby # 5 came along I was totally exhausted and asked the nurse IF they would give tiny J baby, her wee hour feeding. Shortly after dang near everyone in the hospital came into my room to see IF I was mentally deranged or something similar.

Marine Mom I loved your post about a male private part giving birth, and whether Tom would think it a blast IF it were he - doing the blasting!!!!! Oh hee hee.

My second oldest daughter gave birth to her only child a son, I was standing nearby in the hospital doorway, she only ever said, OWEEE - OWEEE - OWEEE - in a rather loud voice. Well the little guy who caused the OWEEE is getting married this Thursday. He is in the Coast Guard, I will be there. He could not breathe right away, it was touch and go. Thursday he will be having breathing problems too I suspect.

Tom has lived a different life, one that I figure did not give him a genuine outlook on normalcy, as most folks know it to be. So he has made up his own 'normal', ugh.

There is something so not right about all of this, but I can't quite figure it out. Wow, you can say that again. I didn't think she was faking...cuz...well, why? They could have easily adopted just like he and Nic - unless he wanted to make sure everyone thought it was his. But even for him, and I agree the man is totally out of the box, I can't imagine actually having someone FAKE a pregnancy all of this time? All very, very strange.

And if it is a fake, why hasn't Katie RUN!! The only reason I can think of her putting up with his bizzaro behavior is to hope that after the baby's born she can grab that kid and run. I can see her getting involved with Cruise, before all of this chair jumping business he seemed ok - or maybe just not on the radar, or whatever. I can see a 27yo being infatuated with the image of what she thought he was. HOWEVER, after a few months she has to see his true colors, maybe she's just biding her time?

AND many of the others from the blog site show this same thing- You can see at the top of her T shirt that there is bare skin underneath the T shirt near the neck. Then, lower, there's what would APPEAR to be a bra, right? OK, unless she is wearing panties that go up to her armpits, she STILL has on the bodysuit because there is NO skin line between the chest and waist.

IOW, she is still wearing the bodysuit.
Maybe she was pregnant and has already given birth to a kid that was never Tom's biologically. Maybe she never was pregnant, and they are adopting.

Most likely, maybe they are both too weird for me to ever contemplate this again, but I am telling ya, there is no way a woman wears a body suit like she was and is wearing in their last days of pregnancy when the baby is sitting right on your bladder and you have to go pee every 30 minutes.

That baby that Nic miscarried was Tom's. That was brought up in court. I had a link months ago here with that information. HE, the loser, had inferred that it wasn't his, and Nic made sure to prove him wrong. Remember when he was asked why he filed on Nic? His stupid answer.....Oh, Nic knows why I filed. Loser!!!! I do think that both he and Nic thought he was sterile at one time. I have no idea why they would be faking a pregnancy (if this one is a fake). However, at the same time, while he was spouting that Katie was a virgin and that she would remain one until they married, she was already pregnant. This whole thing is strange. After looking at her roving belly button in several pictures, especially the off centered one, she is either faking the whole thing, or she has already had the baby. Either way, I am with you. Those are some really STRANGE people. Something is up, because WAY too many people are saying the same thing as we WSthers!

I think one possibility is that she has already had the baby. When she went to Australia with him for the funeral of that rich guy, her face had puffiness in it and so did her legs. Obviously, we can't tell too much about her legs in the recent pix with the jeans on, but they certainly don't look like they're very big to me. And her face is carrying NO puffiness in the recent pix. So, perhaps she had the baby since she returned from Australia... and 1) they either wanted some quiet time alone with the baby before the papparazzi were all over them, or 2) he is just such a control freak he wanted to outsmart everyone by having her pretend like she's still pregnant, or 3) for some odd reason, they don't want anyone to know the baby's date of birth.

And if she is still pregnant, it's a mighty odd looking stomach, IMO.

And ThinkofLaura, I LOL when I read the part about ripping off the bodysuit. It doesn't even make sense, does it... it either has the dumb snaps in the very bottom, which would be hell to unsnap with that big belly in the way... or she has to take it off from the top every single time she needs to use the restroom. Yup, ripping it off for once and for all is definitely the answer!

Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise reportedly are having a bit of a conflict over whether their adopted kids should be allowed at the birth of Katie's baby.
Paul Francis reports that the former hubby and wife team aren't quite seeing eye to eye on the issue. The reports claims that Tom wants their kids present at the birth of his baby with his fiancée Katie Holmes... but Nicole won't hear of it!
