Tommy's activities in Feb. 2009

I don't think it means anything, in fact someone on Twitter looked into it, I believe they got a copy of the complaint. They called Putnam County Records, and got someone to find the report, it said an officer was dispatched to 116 at 11am on 2/10/2009.

Most excellent, I twitter, perhaps someone wouldn't mind sharing this information because I was told, for this specific incidence, there wasn't a officers report available. Perhaps we can get to the bottom of this once and for all. That would be great.

This list of codes [at link below] appears to be accurate for Putnam County, FL. FWIW - they do not seem to be "universal," at least based on early reactions of W/S members.

I would try to "translate" that transcript, but I think there is some question as to 1) how complete that copy of the radio transmissions is, and 2) how accurate the transcription was.

I actually did attempt to transcribe the radio transmission. Well, up through the part where 116 Tyler is discussed, it really doesn't make anymore sense.
Here it is:Deciphering Haleigh radio call….OP is dispatch, MLE is Male LE, FLE is female LE, the numbers behind those letters are going to be the different deputies #’s, S is the sergeant, numbers with the 12—are the individual officers #’s ex. 1256, 11#’s denotes the rank of sergeant.

End of taped transmission.

I'm not sure why 1256 said "going back to Green" but I don't think it referred to already having been there investigating Haleigh missing because 1256 would have been at Tyler before the 911 call came in, IIRC.

That is exactly my point. I don't think we have heard everything from that night. I think 1256 was the first one there and then more officers were called for assistance. I think we only heard the part where the other officers were being dispatched to the area. There was an awful lot done already within the timeframe of that call: families interviewed, the picture (I assume Teresa's 8x10) had arrived, city contacted. Sarge is telling 1256 to do certain things & she says "already done, sir".

Most excellent, I twitter, perhaps someone wouldn't mind sharing this information because I was told, for this specific incidence, there wasn't a officers report available. Perhaps we can get to the bottom of this once and for all. That would be great.

Try looking at www.myputnamcounty.com . I think one of the dockets re: the Croslin dogs indicated that Jim Padgett was the hearing officer. I think he oversees codes enforcement kinds of stuff which barking dogs probably falls under.

[jmo - barking dogs would be codes enforcement, not animal control.]

FWIW

This part of the dispatch is in the City of Palatka, not down in South Putnam.

FLE2: Reference call at 19 and 20. We believe it’s gonna all be in the city. If not, let us know. So far.

[Hwys 19 & 20 intersect on the west side of Palatka which is on the opposite side of the St. Johns River from Satsuma, Pomona Park, & Welaka.]

FLE2 is the unit that responded from 116, she talked about the railroad track running through early in the call. Next dispatch calls out to her and she responds 10-8( in service) from this location which is the 116 Tyler. She is then asked what she was doing at 116 Tyler, clearly we do not hear dispatch tell her to report to 116 Tyler, FLE2 either went there on her own for some reason, was already there, or parts of the transmission were redacted. JMO

And this seems to be the answer to the question of the day:

FLE2: She was seen within her residence, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours ago.

[Not down the street, not at a neighbor's house, but at 202 Green.]

I am not understanding what you are advising me to do?

Exactly LF, and who last saw her( the missing child) 1 and a half hours ago? Misty said she woke up after 3, thats not 1 and a half hours ago. Also, while listening to the transcript and reading along, it makes quite a difference because Female LEO states she is available at 116 Tyler, then the Male LEO asks what was going on at 116 Tyler, then dispatch answers,

IMO there is info redacted

I for sure do not think that the unit was already there investigating a missing child. I just think there was a unit there investigating something.

......and I think that if they were, Ron Cummings had to go past them when returning home, since we know this conversation took place after the 911 call at 3:27. And IF he DID go past them at 116 Tyler, why wasn't he running down that road while Misty was making the phone call to report a missing child?

Never checked, is that the route RC would drive home by? Did he go straight past 116?

I am not understanding what you are advising me to do?

I just thought that might be the place to look for a codes violation report re: a barking dog - Putnam County Codes Enforcement on the Putnam County website.

btw - Is 1256 = Officer Clark? [This is a real question.] The dockets about the barking dog ref a LEO named Clark(e), iirc.

FWIW - we are NOT hearing all of it because I know one of the first responders whose ID # is not on there [that I see.] I don't think it's a big conspiracy, just normal everyday media editing. The times would be called back to the LEOs as they start writing their reports, so the lack of time references in the audio isn't out of the ordinary, imo.

eta - no, 1256 is named BRIDGES

Bingo

Every LEO and family member had to drive right past 116 Tyler to get to Green.

Heck, with as much trouble as this clan is always in, maybe it was just a routine check . . . . LOL

Well, since he had no interest in looking for her at all in the neighborhood, I suppose running down the road to an LEO was out of the question

I just had a thought --

What if RC saw LE at Tyler and panicked thinking it had something to do with Haleigh, so they had to report her missing???

So if RC got home at 3:24, Misty called 911 at 3:27, what time would RC have been driving past 116 theoretically?

Also, would there be a narrative from just one officer or from all the officers who responded?
