lol....here we go again. Maybe I should just bookmark this article....it has been stated a lot of different times in a lot of different articles. This is just one of them that I went ahead and looked for ....again. I aim to please. : )

“He told us he banged on the door,” Bowling said. “He said it was dark and no lights were on.”

Detectives were told no one came to the door.

“It is surprising that someone would hold that information,” Bowling said.

In the above article they say Bowling said it was surprising that someone would "hold that information" . I went in search of the article at FCN where the wording is a bit different, it states he said " I don't know why anyone would withhold that information", but the Jacksonville News article is the only one I could dig up right now. But, you get the general idea. Major Bowling stated that it was the first time anyone had said they went to the mobile home that night besides GGS, and that he HELD the information. He seemed to try and make it pretty clear that it was new information. Hope that helps.

I am attempting to post the video of NG's interview with TN where they discuss Tommy's visit to Ron's Monday evening. When I copy and paste the link in the embed, line, the video doesn't copy. Can someone tell me what else I need to do? Elle, I see you have mastered this technique. I googled how to embed a video and followed their directions which are simple; but I'm doing something wrong.

Thanks for the video CP.. I suspect the validity of the story is TN knows Misty was with Ronald's family when Tommy supposedly went over to the MH and knocked on the door that night...

TN does not come out and say tommy is lying. She talks all the way around it. When she is nailed, she still doesn't say tommy is lying. She is still praising misty. TN is excusing misty. She is telling us how exhausted misty was. How in the world does tn know this? Is this rc talking to his mother? Is this misty talking to tn? or is this tn fillinf in blanks.

Tn is very difficult to pin down. She is always guarded. She speaks with an extreme sense of non-conviction. She excuses misty....why? Rc defended misty and would never take her to the police station for six months. The only time he himself went was after the tommy assault charge. He then pops up and decides to turn the charge to "Let's talk about my daughter".

This is also the time tn decides to open up the case and hire Nejame. Little did she know he came tied at the hip with TM. She quickly dropped out of the search for Haleigh after the misty debacle....yet she still doesn't say misty could be a suspect.

If tn isn't hiding something, I willl be very surprised. Why doesn't she just say Tommy is lying? Why is Bowling saying he just spoke up about this? Is it true? If so, who told LE that misty wasn't home from the first few days?

I have way too many questions right now. I think I need a beer. :drink:

You are correct. That was misty talking. TN tells us they were up all night...er...talking *cough*. How the heck does she know all this?

Then we hear misty wasn't there, misty had to be bribed to babysit and misty would do it if it were ok with rc...hmm.

I don't think misty and ronald made up. I think rc left the kids alone and went off to work, thinking he would find misty somehow...he didn't. Did Haleigh ingest something harmful while left alone? Did misty finally go over and discover Haleigh in dire straits or worse. Just speculating here...l.but d#$#m, this is getting old. :beersign:

Sorry Blue, I have been so sick, not a kind of sick where you can sit at the puter either, I hope you were able to figure out how to do this I left you a message in another thread I guess you didn't see it. My bold...actually the above interview with Teresa on Nancy Grace was late September, which is well after the point that she asked Mark NeJame to please help with another search for Haleigh. I am more than sure that She knew who would come along tied to NeJame's hip, Tim Miller, as you put it. So there isn't any confusion I thought I would dig up the thread for you and a video of the events surrounding the introduction of Mark NeJame and Tim Miller. : ) Since both topics are far from on topic I will just bump the proper thread if it is bump-able, The press conference with mark NeJame is in the thread. They made their announcement that they were joining the search in August near Haleigh's birthday.

Tommy is close to his sister and I doubt Misty knocked on the door before she entered his house. If I was asked to go to check on a close relative, I would have knocked on the door and tried to go in. Tommy knows Ronald isn&#8217;t home so I can&#8217;t believe he wouldn&#8217;t have tried to open the door after he knocked and got no answer. Yet Tommy isn't talking and he said his next move was to look in the windows. Because of Tommy's actions, I think he is withholding key information to protect his sister. TMK Misty wasn&#8217;t asked if the front door was locked when she went to bed which IMO is a logical question.

I remember that Tommy said that he hung around for awhile after claiming that no one was home. He also never mentioned leaving a note for Misty or anything like that, yet he went home at some point and later say they had their phone turned off to avoid calls.

Edited to add: if it's true that the phone was turned off and left off in the middle of the night: To me, that is extremely odd since his Dad was in the hospital with an injury and his Mom was said to be there with him. What if something went wrong with Hank or Lisa needed something or someone quickly.

I suspect the events surrounding the intro of Mark NeJame came about when she was no longer privy to any information from LE concerning the case...Thats when she started revving up the bus for Misty and Tommy to take the fall for her beloved son...JMO
