I feel like that ( last ) blog entry could have really pushed her over the edge...to plan his last chance and IMO demise.

IMO that blog explains - the qualities he is looking for in a woman to meet date love - love him and marry. All i can think of is JA reading that...whomever he wants to date and marry - Isn't her!!! - out there for the whole world to see.

it is not long from May 18th -raging --plotting--stealing the gun...planning the road trip...& June 4th.

Ugh! I have not seen fatal attraction but my will to not watch it is being destroyed. At this rate I will be "acquiring it" by the end of the weekend.

To set the record straight, one of the last things Juan Martinez established in his cross-examination of Dan Freeman, who is 6'2", was that Travis was slightly shorter than Jodi:Travis was slightly shorter than Jodi. <-- skip to 38:25 for this testimony

Also, note that whenever Jodi stands for the jury's entrance/exit, she is about 2" taller than her Defense attorney, yet when seated Jodi is several inches lower than her (as NG loves to point out).

I thought Jodi is 5'4" and this witness says Travis came up to his shoulder which puts him at @5'8"

In the defendant's universe who knows what is possible. In my world when you are unconscious you stay put.

I LIKE THAT! So they don't know as they are sitting there that they are an alternate!

I also like how they can ask questions.

Speaking from experience, it's no fun at all when you learn your an alternate!
