I have been thinking about the phone sex tape today. I can't, for the life of me, see how the DT can get this admitted into evidence unless JA gets on that witness stand.
I certainly don't think this would be a wise decision.....but the DT seems to have nothing elseAnd let's please pray that JA does get up there....I so want to see JM work his magic. :great:
:newhere: and of course :moo:
I read a couple pages back that she goes by her mothers last name not her dad. What's up with that ?
I can't see them being able to admit the actual recording even if she takes the stand because if I am reading the laws correct, the recording was a crime and I don't think any court lets you use evidence obtained in the commission of a crime. If any of the attorneys want to jump in and correct me, please do!

Good point. Do you think the camera was intentionally put in the washing machine?
Care to share your theory?

How can the prosecution prove that it was recorded against TA's will?
I am not sure...:waitasec: but the PA put a pretty huge emphasis on the bleach when he was doing his direct on the camera man
I truly think that SHE thought she destroyed it. So I tend to think it was not just "forgotten".
Jodi thinks she is one smart cookie (that will be her downfall).
I just wonder why she wouldn't have put the camera where ever she put the murder weapons that haven't been found.
Great question. Just as an aside, I almost busted a gut laughing when Casey Anthony's notebook was discovered where she had been practicing writing "Mrs. Tony Lazzaro".
IDK who said that but it isn't true.
Jodi Ann Arias was born on July 9, 1980, in Monterey County, California, to William Angelo and Sandy D. (née Allen) Arias. Indeed
where are the murder weapons...this is weird...they need to find them
the murder pants
most likely her shirt
knife
gun
floor mats from the rental car
gas cans? I had never seen that those were recovered.
Someone had a nice bonfire out in the desert I think.
I happen to think Jodi is a very talented artist. I realize many disagree. I can separate out my feelings about her as a person who murdered Travis and what I see when I look at her drawings. This is not someone with a "junior high" level of artistic talent--she happens to be able to capture a level of detail to an extremely fine degree. You may not *like* her art and art is, afterall, in the eye of the beholder, but I personally think she is talented. Very talented.
That makes it even a bigger shame that she not only ended Travis' life in such brutality, but she ended her own life in a way that she cannot ever fully explore her own talents as an artist. This (jailhouse paper and backs of tablets and colored pencils) is the best she'll be able to work with. And she could have had a good life and explored and grown as an artist. But the path she took ended all of that too. So yes, her artwork will sell on ebay or wherever, but she could have been a true professional artist--she does have the ability and talent for it, or at least the potential for it, IMO. She threw everything away, even the good things within herself.
