Must have missed something...
Was Gus questioned When he gave JA the new phone?
I also am curious who the male was with JA at rental car office, seems the owner may not have payed too much attn to the male as much as JA and no doubt JA turned on her charm.
You would think they could have found that rental car and did forensics on it, believe blood can be traced in fiber even if attempted to clean it correct?
Does anyone else think the prosecution did not continue the investigation in these areas once JA confessed? that's the sense I got..

Wanna know what really disturbs me?? When JA is describing TA being attacked by the ninjas and she says, "Travis was screaming...(then she pauses to talk about herself being knocked out by her dad once)...and he was holding his head." She tells how he was down on his hands & knees on the bathroom floor and begging for help and she says to him, "are you ok? what's goin' on? what's goin' on?"
here's clip 5:53:22 http://youtu.be/zCxFA-LPSmc?t=2h53m22s
WTF????????? Really, Jodi? REALLY?????? He's just started to die a brutal and heinous death!! THAT'S WHAT'S GOIN ON???? Grrrrrrrrrrr.
SIDE NOTE: A little earlier in this clip JA says TA had been cleaning that day and she couldn't sit in the couch like she usually did bc he'd move furniture to clean. He was probably starting to clean so she'd leave!!
Yeah, she's a really poor liar.Wanna know what really disturbs me?? Thanks, but the question I had was about the strong tendency to be in denial and if it relates to BPD or something else?
Listening to her lie makes my blood run cold. Does anyone remember the photo of Ted Bundy in court when he lost his temper and finally looked like the evil man he was? I have this horrible vision of the last thing Travis ever saw being that look on Jodi's face. The stuff of nightmares.
Imo, it's only scary if you're worried about what you're saying on the phone. I'm not worried about any recording of my phone conversations. If I want it totally private, it's face to face. Even then, if the person you're talking to isn't "trustworthy," you're all out there. The best solution is, imo, to be the best person you can be all the time in all dealings. No worries...and if someone catches you being an ahole, who's fault is that?
Jodi has never confessed to anyone other than her lawyers.
Check out number 11 ....eating worms...
I still maintain that there was some kind of weird attraction because TA was not that fancy. The house is not that big if a deal. He had roommates.
She saw real wealth in Monterey. She could have had some really rich guy very easily.
I have seen it over and over again myself with well to do men and younger sexy women. No problem. Vacations , jet setting all over the world , going to multiple homes. Fabulous gifts of jewelry…"
The good news (if there is any) is that it doesn't matter what diagnosis WS Armchair Psychs1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 come up with. This woman broke the law and committed first degree murder and she will never have the opportunity to hurt another innocent person again. She will be in prison for at least the next few decades, at a minimum. We'll all be well into old or very old age by the time she ever is considered for parole and that's the very best outcome she will get (IMO). She'll likely be in prison the rest of her life and her only way out will be in a pine box.
So all this worry about figuring out her particular brand of psychological craziness is a moot point when you consider that she will never be a threat to any of us or anyone else in the free world again. I realize that doesn't give everyone comfort because if there can't be torture and dismembering involved then it isn't really an adequate sentence to some, but there's good news there too--moving to Pakistan or Afghanistan will net you all the torture and mayhem you could possibly want, so while the U.S. won't give you that outcome, there are places that will only be too happy to indulge.
Just curious, which piece did she take?
this is the only thing i have found so far
Jodi Arias Trial Day 1 (Audio Only) - YouTube
Soooooo....we can ship Jodi off to a Pakistani gulag? Cool! :wink:The good news (if there is any) is that it doesn't matter what diagnosis WS Armchair Psychs1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 come up with. And while some see Arias as the "worst of the worst" we still have previous contenders such as Diane Downs, Susan Smith, various school mass murderers, to name just a few, who are loathe to give up their "worst ever" crown.
