Sid`s hearing is today isn`t it?
Yes, the civil suit for non-payment to Toys-R-Us because he was "incarcerated on false charges and was unable to pay".

Remember, HE called her friend and we don't know what was said. She may have told the friend that she was going to let S come over to their place.
Since people are giving their theories, I thought I'd throw in mine. I believe S and T were stalking HE that night, saw when she arrived home, went to the pay phone to call, cause the dumb azzes didn't know they would be on camera and thought it couldn't be traced to them. (Remember, HE called her friend and we don't know what was said. She may have told the friend that she was going to let S come over to their place.) Then S went to HE's place, and drove HE (dead or alive) in her car to the boatlanding. The calling to S's phone, was S calling T to 'come on and pick me (or us) up', cause he was panicking. I think HE, incapacitated by that time was wrapped up in something and placed it the back of the truck. On video, the truck bed would have been empty going in, and something inside it going out. I do not have a theory on what happened to HE's body, but I think T's dad was involved in that part of it.
All MOO only
Yeah, if only the cops were prescient enough to know that a car being called in as abandoned meant that the driver of the car was actually abducted and killed before the driver's family even realized. I mean geez...can't Horry County find some psychics to join the police force? What a bunch of clowns, not knowing what was happening at that moment in time and allowing the listed and legal owner of the vehicle to come and pick up a vehicle and take it back to said legal owner's home.
