willmott just sighed very loudly at the judge when she told her to clarify that it was general not specific about Jodi.

Hmm interesting? wtf?

Nurmi's body language cracks me up! Still has his back to Jodi.

Aww a cute stress...

Things were written down, so they likely helped her remember them?

BS. Her journals from JUNIOR HIGH are the rantings of a spoiled brat who was being punished by parents trying to keep her from growing up into the adult that she did. EVERYTHING is the biggest deal ever to a Jr. High girl, and her journals reflected that. The only reason writing in the journals helped Jodi remember is because she could read them and remember "how awful" her parents were...

Why isn't he using DSM-V?

JA looks like she is playing connect the dots. Or maybe she's drawing pictures to put on ebay again.

Sounds like he's going to say she's psycho - NOW he's finally getting to the heart of the matter!

  • #1,994
Was she diagnosed with acute stress?

  • #1,995
This testiphony is all just so much babble.

  • #1,996
Did he introduce the DSM-IV into evidence? I hope the jury can use that.

Wonder if his big red book uses Time Magazine articles as references?

  • #1,999
Should he be turning to the jury and "instructing" them so much? Isn't it better to engage the questioner?

He is a teacher... He cannot help himself... This could be Good for the prosecution.
