none of this is inconsistent with 1st degree premeditated murder.
this "adrenaline" rush most certainly would occur with her. It did not occur with Travis as he was caught off guard with too severe a first blow (whatever it was) He was incapacitated immediately which would prohibit him from any burst of adrenaline.
One must be cognitive of events happening or about to happen to have an adrenaline rush. She had one, she KNEW what was happening and she was not "struck" with anything, so she not only blindsided him so fully... but he didn't expect it, didn't know it was coming so he just went down.
His injury was such it caused him to be unable to have purposeful thoughts even...just maybe moaning or screaming.
She was full of adrenaline and her only shock was he moved, or crawled and she then practically decapitated him after torturing him and yelling at him which I am positive she did.
I'm not a fan of this witness but I think he is harmless, he is not riveting and he sounds predictable. And he is boring them to tears.. keep it up
