So does she have a diagnosis of ptsd? What is the evidence she has it? Just because a person is traumatized does not mean they develop it. This is like the Baez school of "I hope the jury fills in the blanks for me" attitude when he tacitly implied sexual abuse prevented CA from acting sensibly when Caylee was "missing". Don't they need a basis for this?

actually if you look at all the evidence and research-there is no proof she had anything to do with it. The guys who kiled him claim she told them to do it.The detective claimed she confessed but there was NO video or tape recording.....only his word. Yet his word alone got the DP? Beliving the guys who actually killed him is good enough for a DP???? The evidence was even more flimsy than CA's. This isn't Darlie Routier either. People are sent to DR and prison wrongfully at times. Just because someone is there in prison is not proof they are guilty. I am a huge proponent of the DP but this woman did not deserve DR. So this does not enrage me at all.

Pics of the brain is not going to help anybody understand Jodi. She had her turn on the stand to show her condition, and she did. She is a long-time stalker and pathological liar. She wanted Travis dead so she could move on. She was full of revenge, jealousy, and a growing rage to kill Travis for rejecting her. We already have the pics we need - a innocent man taking a shower, and Jodi's foot in that pic after killing him.

Are fog machines admissible for special effects in court? Would really add punch to the PowerPoint presentation.

It seems to me that if this fog issue she claims is a valid defence then every criminal that is accused of anything can claim the fog rolled in and they can't remember anything they have done.
No matter what some shrink says I think the jury in this case has seen and heard enough to realise what Jodi did is Murder .
The lies and more lies and more lies and the only thing they have going for the defence is this fog bs.
I know if I was a juror I would have made up my mind by now with a quilty verdict.
You can only pull the wool over peoples eyes so far than if you have a normal thinking mind you should be able see when someone is covering their butt and coming up with everything and everything when they deem it fit the evidence.
Lets just hope all the jury are smart enough to see the facts.

If she were a juror, I'm sure she'd get scintillating lectures in the jury room of all of the benefits of anal sex, lol! Seriously, the younger jurors will explain what the kids are up to these days

I don't fault people for not knowing what other folks are enjoying in the bedroom, but I hope nobody on the jury has stubborn preconceived notions of what they consider deviant. Different generations/cultures do different things. That's just the way sex goes. In Victorian times, weren't ankles too erogenous to show in public or something? It's not like these things make a ton of logical sense!

Anal sex is not considered deviant (overall) in JA and Travis' age group. Maybe there are social surveys or something that could help show that? Juan should look into that, imho, in case that's a problem for any juror.

Sort of I guess. The witness the defense put up is trying to testify to stuff that he never said in JM's deposition of him. The guy is a psychologist and is trying to enter in medical stuff that only a psychiatrist should testify to. IIRC.

I would love to see an expert testify and explain how having a case of undetectable amnesia has been used as an excuse (to get out accepting responsibility) for something otherwise deemed bad, for as long as man has recorded history! Where's the expert for that syndrome?
