Thanks for your sermon on the brain, I'm going to reject everything you said. Instead, I'll choose to believe the truth. She stayed in that room just like she premeditated with the gun and knife she brought to commit the murder she planned. I appreciate you wasting our time at the expense of AZ taypayers, though.

This (in my humble opinion) is utter nonsense.

I survived a very, very bad car accident (hit a tree at 45mph head on w/o having time to brake - car trying to pass me rammed me and into the tree I went)

This was WHILE I was being stalked, harassed, and going through years of psych/emotional/legal/financial abuse... and my recall of the accident and what my ex did (including his physical abuse of my child) is crystal clear.

My passenger in the car (who did not have an airbag) and had close to 200 stitches in his head and face because he hit his head on the windshield - being 6'4" the seat beat wasn't helpful except to crack his ribs - remembers NOTHING about the accident. I only wish I could say the same. I nearly died on two separate occasions while in ICU.

Since these traumatic events - some occurring over time and one a single event, I have suffered from PTSD (and more) and have never been the same. The psych abuse affecting me far worse - I still cannot answer doors and the phone makes me jump sky high and shake. Remembering, vividly, is a constant problem. I'm basically feel broken. Still.

I have signs of brain injury/trauma/changes - (brain scans) but I did not hit my head during the crash.

JA is completely inauthentic to me, and this psychologist isn't adressing anything useful in my opinion. His CV clearly states he will help get a positive outcome. That, to me, means he will tailor his finding to suit the desired outcome.

I believe he was called upon to help create JA's SD, not analyze it. The DT knew she was full of it with the ninja story.

Jodi seems to me to think her defense has saved her with this sex doctor witness and she is now going to walk.....she is also seeming to have some fog and memory loss from her hippocampus shutting down on her back when she was trying to cut Travis' head off....

O I get it ! This is why she pulled off of the road and left TA that phone message (after killing him) about meeting up for Othello, and being ticked @ him for giving her wrong directions and getting her lost.

And now we know where she got her brain is like a computer:what:

Huey Lewis and the News

I want a new drug
One with no doubt
One that won't make me talk too much
Or make my face break out

To late Jodi

This is bunk... This guy sounds like any layman off the street may have read an article or two on this topic, and then wants to speak under the authority of "expert."

Note that he says, "We see that this happens..." He uses the authoritative WE as if he's a member of some prestigious research community, when truly he is basing his professional opinion on a TIME OP-ED BLOG.

Ridiculous.

Maybe this guy believes his own BS ?

He can't diagnose her with any authority because if examined her hippocampus would be found to be normal, she does not have Alzheimer's.

His eluding to a lack of personal responsibility due to fight or flight due to overwhelming emotion and hippocampus failure is purely hypothetical and not fact.

Please let that be today....

Since they're having a hearing on some of the DT's evidence, I doubt Juan will do cross until next week.
