Maybe I'm missing something on the court docket or maybe it's not there yet, but all I'm seeing next week for trial is Monday.

:waitasec:
May just not be recorded yet - just came up today. But the judge DID mention it to everyone at closing.

Im so far behind in reading but I just wanted to say something about when the murderer was on the stand.

She sat up there like, Yeah I killed him, what boddayu?

She had no problem going toe to toe with JM, she had no problem lying under oath and making up her story as she went along. My question here is, how would you know what lies to make up if you can't remember what happened.

Okay, do I understand this Dr. to say her fog has a name? PTSD?

Even more now I want to hear from Matt, I want JM to test his memory.

Sickening isn't it? She's like a 12 yr. old girl. :moo:
Hey, let's not insult 12-year-old girls. I have one turning 12, the orgasm comment was bad enough.

You don't give any details about this event. Can't judge it. Was this something that happened with quick body speed and high adrenaline?

And....did you meticulously clean the scene of DNA after this event happened?

I'm not asking anyone to judge my PTSD, and I'm not interested in a comparison between mine and anything related to JA. I was just explaining that PTSD can include memory gaps involving the precipitating event because posters have said that it's not part of PTSD or that it's not possible.

I don't mean to give JA any credit by explaining mine, but her misuse of the diagnosis doesn't mean we can't help explain various forms of it when we know them.

JA's is clearly malingering. Mine doesn't have to be judged to figure hers out. Everyone who does have PTSD with memory gaps doesn't need to be thrown under the bus by JA through her trying to hijack that form of the condition. It exists. She doesn't have it, though.

Mr. Samuels on the stand: "You can more or less suggest that it happened."

He's not a physician.

He's not a chiropractor.

He's not a medicine man.

He's not a witch doctor.

He's not a shaman.

What is he?

A professional flim-flam artist?

Hi :seeya:

We have a new member, probowl, who served in Iraq and Afghanistan who gave some really good insight.

Lots of family members with loved ones who served in wars and lots of members who have experienced PTSD first hand (really amazing how many survivors are here).

JA is NOT passing ANYONE's PTSD smell test. :banghead:

Yes, JA has nothing negative to say, a complete pacifist, the psychologist claims.

Apparently he's been kept from viewing any of this trial, crime scene photos, etc. JA snows yet another person. Yawn.

Serious question...

It looked like a college course on the feed not an actual trial with a jury, judge and news cameras. Why not just put the book on the stand? Swear it in and stick it up there, you'd get the same effect/info.

Or simply give the Jury homework to read that chapter over the weekend and they can be quizzed on Monday. :slap:

NG has "nice hair" again tonight.

Yeh, it makes her look much more attractive. Wonder if she has a bump-it in there. :giggle:

And the next expert will do a reading of Sleeping Beauty...

That picture of Samuels looks old. Maybe 13 years old. Like perhaps around the time he got into legal trouble in NJ. :waitasec:

oooooooo! What's this legal trouble he got into in NJ? I don't know anything about this guy (other than being a total charlatan). What's his first name so I can google him for the dirt?

Can you tell I need something interesting to wake me up after today's court room snooze fest?

But how did the TGA allow her to stop on the other side of the Hoover Dam check point and get her "It's a Beautiful Life" tatoo???

  • #857
Did u guys catch this dialogue?

JW: How do we know she wasn't able to tell anybody vs. she just doesn't want to get in any trouble?

RS: I guess that could be an alternative explanation, but when something horrible like that happens - can you imagine the feeling of isolation, if you can't turn to a parent? If you can't turn to a friend? If you can't turn to a professional to seek some help? The turmoil must have been incredible so i consider that to be a significant indication that she suffered from that disorder.

Me: WHAT?!?!?!? You didn't answer the question. And your diagnosis is based on your projection of what you thought she went thru?

Revoke his license! Worst shrink ever.
