We already know she was calculating, clandestine, cunning and conniving. Hardly the attributes of an emotionally challenged woman. Everything she did, she did with intent.
And if this "PTSD" happened afterward then that's like Jodi suing Travis' estate because he made her break her finger!

I mean, her audacity blows my mind. I know desperate people go to desperate measures but there's a cut off point when it just becomes outrageous and insulting!

She effortlessly lied to people as she made her pilgrimage across 3 states to kill Travis and methodically was able to get rid of all incriminating items before she brought her rental car back!

If anything her mind was super SHARP!! She even had the presence of mind to call him after she bludgeoned him to death so everything would appear status quo.

Any way.....just how much is this bozo doctor being paid anyway?

Beth Karas on NG: The problem with the Doctors testimony is that JA has self reported PTSD, she checked off all the answers. lol

This man has lost all credibility as an expert witness. When even the jury can see that this person has a personality disorder and he insists her problem is PTSD who else would trust his opinion?

  • #906
this testimony is revolting- i can't watch it or most of this trial. it is a three-ring circus.

I'd be interested to hear the good doctor's assessment of Jodi's interviews and phone calls with Det. Flores, in light of the knowledge that she knew that she was lying, and the murder was still fresh in her mind at the time.

There are no traces of PTSD-induced memory gaps or accusations of rape, abuse or pedophilia. In fact, she specifically said that Travis never raped her, and that he did not own a gun (to her knowledge).

Guess he missed, "There's something off with that boy."

want that. I want to be married. I want
to have a companion. Travis is awesome, no
doubt, but there is just something that is off. I
only know what the spirit whispers to me, and
that is that he's not the one : ( I've spent
over a year o fmy life cultivating a
relationship w/him. I certainly wasn't
thrilled - no - I was DEVASTATED when I
discovered that he wasn't being faithful to
me. I just don't know why men cheat!!!

is so awful and causes rediculous [sic] pain. (I keep

Each time the
transgressor seemed grieved that I got hurt.
Actually, not true. Travis seemed mildly
remorseful, but that was it. I'm going to stop
writing about this right now. It's of no benefit.
I could just rip out the last few pages, but I'll
refrain from doing that."

Nothing negative here. No anger. Pure 'pacifism' - sheesh.

(My Bolding)

Has she ever been to Hawaii and if so, have they accounted for all of their citizenry?

Since he has testified that he examined JA is it possible that when the jury has a chance to question him that they can ask him if she fits the criteria for sociopathy?

Whats with JA's facial expression while staring blankly at the quack?

It almost seemed as though she was trying hard to push out some kind of post traumatic crocodile tear.

Hahahahahahaha!!! "Post traumatic crocodile tear" that's funny! :)

She had a lot goin' on with her face today I noticed!

Couldn't have said it better.

Also, amnesia from sex??

It goes along with *fogasm* ...its very very common, but it only is seen in vanilla sexual situations.
And if you knew what an accomplished photographer and artist I was, you would totally understand. as I understand it.

Mr. Samuels on the stand: "You can more or less suggest that it happened."

He's not a physician.

He's not a chiropractor.

He's not a medicine man.

He's not a witch doctor.

He's not a shaman.

What is he?

A professional flim-flam artist?

He's not a chemist either
