OMG, I watched the video and I could not believe my eyes! :what: She knew they were both watching her in there alone and recording video of her, so I have to wonder if this was not her way of making a play for a plea deal on insanity. What the the heck was the defence thinking when they solicited this guys services. I mean its obvious they scraped the bottom of the barrel. They don't seem to REALY have it together. Wilma all smiles and snarky! Towards juan! Yesterday! Now this information comes out. And exposes him. And makes the defence look bad!! Some smart sleuthed somewhere did his homework! And sent the Samuels information to HLN.

The talking heads are having a field day with Samuels testimony! At his cost!
He's been exposed! I mean who comes to court with a DMV and flips thru the pages to find and read.! Than needs wilma to coach him!

I think she was under arrest at this point, just not yet fully booked into jail so no orange jumper yet.

This was day 1 interview with Flores. They arrested her that day, I think. Then the orange jumpsuit video was Day 2 interview with Flores, the very next day.

I just quickly looked up the "Posttraumatic Stress Diagnostic Scale" that Samuels said he used with JA. It is a 10-15 minute screening test consisting of 46 questions on paper. Under "Validity" the description of the test says," The PDS is a self-report instrument, which does not incorporate any formal scales to detect faking and formal validity scales, therefore, it is susceptible to malingering."

I don't think it shows her as crazy at all. She isn't normal but she isn't crazy. She thinks she has answered and acted perfectly with Det. Flores and is proud of herself. You know when you have done something or said something that you are proud of and when you think no one is watching and you fist pump and say YES! Come on...we all do it while on the computer or in our showers reenacting the moment. The acrobatics are stress relievers, muscle relaxers in getting ready for what's coming next. More talking, lie detector? She's getting ready.

Exactly! She is far from crazy. I do believe she thought she did good with her (interview) so far with Flores. As far as the make-up comment, she was wishing she looked better for him. In her mind her arrest is probably all Flores fault. jmo

I do believe that she found out that Mimi was going (possibly read his email to her), but I do not believe Travis told her Mimi was the one he wanted to marry. No way. TA knew how she stalked,..tire slashing, emails, ect. He would not have thrown Mimi under "Jodi's" bus.

I agree. I don't think Travis told Jodi that he got a sign from god to marry mimi and showed her pics. I think she snooped through his email and saw pics of her (facebook) and realized that he had an interest in her. She found out about the trip to cancun and that he was taking her along. This pissed her off. Although they were "broken" up Jodi doesn't respect boundries and resorts to confrontation when she feels wronged even if its not her right. She's done this with Bianca and maybe more women than we know. I don't think Travis would put Mimi in danger by showing jodi pics of her and telling about his visions especially after what he went through with Jodi while dating Lisa. She sent horrible messages and even slashed their tires, she burst into his home while lisa was there. Crept around to the back of his home to watch him make out with another woman. There is no way that he would bring this danger on Mimi. She was snooping but wont admit it because it would fall under the premeditation and rage.

I agree. As much as I agree with the people who say Cancun was the final trigger, I think this had to be as significant. (We only have her word on this detail, which is concerning, but since it doesn't aggrandize Jodi in any way, I'm inclined to think it may be true.) But given her obsession with Travis, you imagine her horror? This isn't just him dating other girls or putting distance between himself and Jodi, it would completely severe their ties, and represented him going on to a full and happy life SANS Jodi.

All of what you said plus ~ don't forget about Travis's final entry in his blog on May 18th. He was ready to be married. That's when I believe her premeditation began.

The bizarre behavior was recorded during the July 15, 2008 police interrogation. I'm sure she knew she was going to be booked, she had already been read her Miranda rights and this was a 4 hour interrogation.

She spoke to LE again on July 16, 2008 after spending the night in jail, hence the orange jumpsuit.

It will be late. For starters, the evidence hearing won't start at 10:15 as planned (I'd guess 10:30 at the earliest) and I'm sure JW will drone on and on trying to make her point to allow it in. I wouldn't be surprised if the jury were told to go to an early lunch and court gets underway somewhere between 1:15 and 2:00 (AZ time).
