She had to have shaved or dyed those dark brows too...

I really think I saw a green eyed interview. not that it matters, Just that she conforms, if I am correct.

Jury question for the "expert":

She testified that the reason she finally admitted murdering Travis was that she felt fraudulent blah blah blah. However, IIRC this "expert" testified today that he and Nurmi went to her and told her to come clean...the ninja story was not credible. Which is it?!

ETA: at 34:02 minutes in he speaks to this [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DkGuZsrx2II"]Jodi Arias Trial - Day 31 - Part 2 - YouTube[/ame]

Check out how her attorney stops him mid-sentence when he said Nurmi and I went to her and told her the importance of ...

So, if you can't reinact this in 62 seconds, where did or how did these picture capture it in 62 seconds? Jodi manipulation of a camera? Travis' killing was just record of the stabbing so it happened fast and first.

This woman is just sick...

I think the 62 seconds means that she had the gun and the knife right there with her when she began the attack.

I also want to add that I've been trying to follow the trial since Juan started questioning Jodi. I've gone back and have watched some other testimonies but mainly JM & Jodi.

This is the first time I've had the opportunity to watch, live in action, a truely psychopathic person & their obvious over all scarey thought process. Travis didn't have a chance once he met her. How sad.

I've met crazy & have read a lot but Jodi is truely a scarey person. Once this trial is over, I hope to never hear about her again until her execution or death.

The HNL 'marathon' partial recreation stopped at 41:11 (seconds), well short of a minute. It only went to the point where Mike was holding the knife, ready to strike. He proved it was impossible for the murder to occur as Jodi described it.

I think the whole 'closet' thing is a total red herring--complete deflection. She never ran into the closet.

She attacked him when he was sitting down in the shower. Either she shot him OR she stabbed him first. And then he lunged at her, and they struggled, as he tried to escape her
attack. He probably crawled on all fours, down the hall, begging for his life to be spared. But she slit his throat and dragged him back to the shower.

Has anyone noticed that her eyes used to be green, but now are deep, deep brown, almost black? (contacts?)

Did I miss the replay of the reenactment? carp!

Her eyes were always very dark brown. When did you see them green?

I have lighter brown eyes, wear contacts (though usually I wear my glasses since I'm lazy and they bug me after about 6 hours or so), and tried several different colors. Only in very bright lighting could you tell any difference. Colored lenses just don't work well at all with people with dark eye color. At least not the ones that are supposed to look natural... you can get all kinds of wacky colors like red or even the mirrored lenses. Some even have pictures on them. Now that's just weird.

No, but it happened that same day she did the back stretch. It was so strange. The first day, before she's in the orange jumpsuit. She pushed her chair aside... got down on all fours and then did a headstand up against that wall on the left.

OMG! This I just gotta see! :floorlaugh:

For ME, the point of reenacting Jodi's version is to prove that it is absolutely impossible.

We ALL know what really happened. The issue is negating JA's story.

I know. I'm just :furious:
I'm actually hoping JM does a re-enactment that includes a 120lb, 5.5 ft tall person doing exactly what JA claims she did in 62 seconds but including the details that would also have happened like the shelf tipping over and actor JA falling backwards taking the upper shelf she tries to save herself, with with her. While fumbling through the piles of shoes, she had to get up quickly and then run back to the bathroom to feel scared, be tackled, shoot her BFF in the head, get grappled, roll again, grab the camera so she can drop it again, find the knife in the fog, use the knife in the fog and then drag the mean man while contemporaneously inadvertently taking a picture. in my re-enactment real piped in fog would be used to symbolize and allow the jury to really get 'the fog'.

I imagine we're talking about a good 5 minutes, maybe longer if actor JA expresses any emotion during re-enactment. This imaginary battle over a camera that allegedly dropped about 2 feet onto carpet could end up as entire short film. Then in closing to make it fit JA's version, they could speed it up fit the 62 seconds. It would be amazing!!!

If it weren't for the fact that the one haunting picture of Travis to me, the close up in the shower, sitting in the shower and his expression on his face, I'd think otherwise. I see the umph taken out of him. I think she had just stabbed him. Not sure about the other pictures. That's such a telling picture to me. He wasn't happy and didn't look happily surprised. He looked defeated.

This woman needs to go down and for good. jmo

Everything you write makes total sense to me, too. Do you think as I do, that she likely controlled him with the gun while he was in the shower, or do you have a different theory?

A gun shot, as you say, would have been too easy, and simple. The time stamps on the photos practically prove she had the knife with her the whole time, a classic "up close and personal" way to make him suffer.

I also agree with you that certain elements of her Ninja story have an eerie ring of truth--such as Travis saying he couldn't feel his legs, of her describing him as being down 'on all fours' - meaning his knees and elbows - as he held in pain [she demonstrated him holding the right side of his head], corresponding to a stab wound below his right ear that cut through muscie and had to be very painful.

Prosecutor Martinez asked if she took a shower in the same shower where she'd dragged his body. She said yes. Unless she is lying about that, it would mean she took a shower right over his body. That is so creepy it gives me chills.

WHAT??? She did WHAT??? OMG, that is so revolting! But didn't she have fognesia then?

This I gotta see! Do you remember at what point in the trial this was?

The 62 seconds is the time between the photo of the ceiling, when JA claims she dropped the camera, to the time of the photo where she is dragging his bleeding body.

I believe she had already stabbed him at least once when the ceiling photo was snapped so that technically it was longer than 62 seconds, but not much longer. The viciousness is just incredible to me. Plunging almost the entire 6" (by 1 1/2") blade into his abdomen, 3 1/2" into his heart, practically cutting his head off, chipping the cranial bone in two places, so many stabs to the back that I get almost physically sick looking at it.

She is cold and calculating and has no remorse at all. As you say, she is just sick.

No, but I'll look. It has to be in a trial video.

ITA. It also explains the placement of his arms in those shots. If someone was to stab your chest, I think that's exactly how you'd instinctually protect the wounded area. His eyes are haunting in that picture.

It was during her cross by JM. Maybe the Monday or Tuesday?? of last week.

Prosecutor Martinez asked if she took a shower in the same shower where she'd dragged his body. She said yes. Unless she is lying about that, it would mean she took a shower right over his body. That is so creepy it gives me chills.

The June 4, 2008 picture taken at 5:30:30 shows Travis Alexander sitting in his shower (his bottom is sitting on top of the shower drain). In this picture, Travis looks as though he is slumped over - Travis Alexander's head is not in the picture frame.

Two minutes later, Travis Alexander is laying on his back with blood pouring down his shoulder and back. Arias is standing over Travis Alexander - this is the picture that shows Arias with her foot covered with a black sock, dark pants with a line in them.

According to Arias, Travis Alexander came out of the shower and body slammed her.

Just by looking at the 5:30:30 picture - Travis Alexander is not attacking. I do not think that Travis Alexander is posing in this picture (under the ruse of capturing Calvin Klein inspired photos). I do not think that a person would sit on their shower drain to pose for a picture. More so, Travis Alexander looks to be defenseless, and, weak.

Travis Alexander looks like a "rag doll" or a collapsed puppet due to it's support strings being severed.

5:30:30pm shows us a "rag doll" of a man. This "rag doll" of a man is down - Arias is not in danger. Arias if under attack could have run away at 5:30:30 to safety (Arias had the advantage).

Arias stays - and two minutes later is standing over Travis Alexander like an animal standing over their lifeless prey. Travis Alexander is laying on his back with his blood running down his right shoulder. The pool of blood indicates that Travis Alexander had been stomach down - before the camera captures Travis Alexander's murder at 5:32pm - Arias has flipped Travis Alexander over from his stomach to his back. Travis Alexander's arms are not reaching behind him trying to grab Arias' leg/ankle - Travis Alexander's arms are lifeless.

I think that everyday - regardless of who is testifying - Juan needs to show this threat to Arias' life on the day of his murder at 5:30:30 - everyday the jury should be reminded, "Look at this rag doll of a man - he is not in a position to body slam a wash cloth - if Arias was afraid for her life she could have safely gotten away. Arias does not leave - we see Travis Alexander on his back, bloody, and lifeless two minutes later. Arias stabbed Travis Alexander 27 times, almost cut his head off, shot him in the head. Look at Travis Alexander vulnerable in the shower naked, wet, in an enclosed space. Arias had Travis Alexander trapped. The photo before Arias is seen standing strong over Travis Alexander's bloody lifeless body - Travis Alexander is slumped down in his small shower with his bottom on the drain with his legs bent the image is not blurry so we know that he was not moving in with quick motion. There was no body slam - the 5:30:30 picture proves that."

I do agree that Arias describes Travis Alexander's last moments alive when she tells her Ninja story.

Samuels testimony left me baffled - and, being reminded what is worth a thousand words - a picture of Travis Alexander bottom down on the drain, weak, and slumping over. The opposite of threatening. Arias planned and executed the annihilation of Travis Alexander - Travis Alexander's last moments of life were painful torture.

We have the photographs to prove it.

Mr. Samuels, or Dr, or whatever the heck he is is going to meet JM and he better be ready to just give it up. He is going to hammer him. Wilmott and Nurmi have both proved over and over they can be trusted about as much as their client. It should be a good showdown.
Wilmott will be up and down screaming like a banshee. That will be worth watching just seeing her have a stroke.

I don't feel that it matters if she does have PTSD after going through the the 'trauma' of murdering Travis. She's on trial for planning the murder and then acting on those plans, not what she did afterwards. Plenty of evidence shows that she did plan it. So her vicious act of murder hurt her little psyche? That's so, SO sad.

As far as her writing in diaries, very few people are going to write their innermost evil thoughts in a diary that might be read by others, if accidentally found. And many people cannot even admit to their own evil thoughts, because it banishes that excellent self-image many people have.of themselves. She also wrote Travis friendly email AFTER she slaughtered him, to try to throw the police off her trail, and she called his phone, left sweet little voice mails, AFTER she killed him. She is deceptive and evil and self-protective from start to finish.

Martinez's job is to get at the truth, to seek justice for the vicious slaying of Travis Alexander, not to pansy around with Jodi's tender little feelings. Erk.

She did answer about showering in that same shower earlier in the day, if I'm remembering it right. Juan asked her if the shower she used (earlier, at this point in testimony) was the same one she stuffed Travis' body in (later), and she did admit that instead of saying that she didn't remember.

I don't think she admitted to the later shower over his body, but she pretty much agreed that she stuffed his body in there! She forgot to say she didn't remember that.

I might be wrong, though. I don't have a link or anything. It's just how I remember that part.
