Why is Dr. Samuels and testimony important? She admits to killing Travis, the gas cans show premeditation and the photographic timeline gives Travis no time to fill JA with "mortal terror"?

Mike Gallegous is saying that Jose Baez will be "defending" JA on the new HLN night time show regarding this trial. His argument will be that Travis Alexander attacked JA and that attack led to his killing. There has been no testimony of anything like that happening. How can they do this?

I heavily base that on the 200+ questions she was asked -- many of which seemed like questions that innocent-leaning jurors would ask. I have no faith in this jury at the moment.

That's absolutely your opinion which you are absolutely entitled to. I respectfully couldn't disagree more. I read the threads during and after juror questions- I think most are more confident in the jury or at least open-minded.
