"I don't know how else I can word it!" That's my quote of the day! Maybe Juan can help at the sidebar. He doesn't seem to have a problem rephrasing his questions!

Willmott asking the judge for tips on how to ask questions now.

Assertive:
breaking into a house through Doggie Door
Stealing Grandparents gun to hide till used 2 weeks later
slitting victim from ear to ear
Faking FOGNIESIA

It was NOT two weeks later. 6 or 7 days later. A better way of looking at it, 5 days later since that is when she embarked on her murder trip.

So, it certainly appears as tho, Wilma believes she will simply put this trainwreck back on its track and let it roll on through..as in absolutely just disregarding the fact that Juan has thoroughly and completely DISCREDITED the entire PTSD dx(ie. IOW dx null/void)by proving its based upon the lie of the trauma being the Ninja story..

Wilma sees that she cannot repair what Juan has accomplished thus she'll just act as tho it never happened..hit home a few times JA is the victim and suffered from PTSD ..and just hope that there are some very dumb jurors that will simply overlook or forget Juan's fully discrediting the Dr testimony AS A WHOLE..

yep! Wilma that'll work...NOT!

Dear Ms. Willmott,
Please allow the Judge to rule on objections, instead of inserting your own and just continuing. Respect matters to us listeners.

I saw/heard this too, she didn't wait for the judge to rule on JM leading objection, before she rephrased her question.

Anyone notice ja filling out a booklet during court today? It looks like she is reading and answering questions. Hmmm

  • #912
I am truly upset that with all this grandstanding they may confuse the jury ... please legal people ..... let me know this is going positively for Travis ......

But for the fact she's defending a murderer, it's hard to dislike Willmott. She reminds me of a grown up Pebbles Flintstone. Now, who can hate her?

This Doc-clown is not likeable. He's non-believable and his intonation is just very creepy. Put it this way, I wouldn't let my kids trick-or-treat at his house. He comes off dishonest and even perverted for some reason. Yuk!

I dislike Willmott, I find her very immature acting with all that smirking. She has also appeared to be very hypocritical with her "speaking objections." I dislike the entire DT....they come off as very unprofessional, but knowing the things that Arias has done.....I probably would not like anyone that choose to defend her.

OMG I cannot stand this so called "expert". He is horrible! If their second "expert" is anything like this one it is going to be painful! I live on the east coast so it is after 5:00 and I am going to have a cocktail so I can listen to this drivel!
:banghead:

I experience fog, and let me tell you, it is scary.

I will be sitting comfortable in my recliner, watching some NHL hockey. The better half will ask me something, and I obviously don't hear her, because when the game is over, she asks me if I will do whatever it was she asked me to do, and I cannot remember her asking.

I also like hot water, sexual intercourse, and I do have insomnia.

I need some pills.:rocker:

Blackhawks Fan???

judge, i don't know how else to phrase the question.

JM, went to the heart and bones of the DT, on the piss poor diagnosis that Dick made in regards to PTSD the JA "has". It is on record how the lies, bogus score does not equal PTSD.

JM at his finest between yesterdays testimony and todays. His last ? to Dick - JM - That doesn't fit PTSD correct.
Dick answers - Correct.

Perfect! I love when justice is served up on a platter and the lies are busted.

And Dick looks like he spent the day at Death Valley, sweat, sweat, sweat.
