I think morally reprehensible individuals like Mrs Willmott should be required to shaddow REAL CRIME VICTIMS' families for an extended period of time and see what legal enablers like herself really do to REAL PEOPLE, REAL VICTIMS. Same goes for Nurmi.

You want the luxury of being able to bash the deceased and not having the same standards the prosecution has, you want to accuse a murder vicitm of being a pedophile, you want to defend sex offenders, you want to put family members through COMPLETELY unnecessary hell for months and years.... you better be forced to walk the damn walk and know what YOU are choosing to do with your career and your life.

I have tremendous respect for lawyers on both sides who act ethically and with integrity but I have the utmost disgust and hostility towards those who act without conscience or souls.

Does the defense have anyone else they can put up tomorrow? If not, guess the jury gets a five day weekend?
I think they should finish redirect and juror questions by the end of day today....?

This is too weird. Watching the live feed, judge talks out loud for a moment, the a figure runs across the screen really fast, and an audible blip.
Did anyone else get that, or am I loosing it?
Both? :great:

The inability to sleep in jail helps her meet the criteria for PTSD on that section - After the killing.

The lack of memory of the trama helps her meet the criteria for PTSD also - After the test was taken.

So basically she NOW has PTSD after the killing. So what's the point?

Willmott asking the judge for tips on how to ask questions now.

She was trying to ask a question without opening a door for Juan. Maybe the letters?

  • #953
Anyone notice ja filling out a booklet during court today? It looks like she is reading and answering questions. Hmmm

Is she re-doing the PTSD test so that they can use it in their closing arguments??? AHAHAHAHA. Can you imagine!

So Wilmott has him read off the criteria that he checked off, as if it is going to help convince the jury.

So he talks about her having problems sleeping, and having fearful thoughts, and being 'disconnected' and unfocused. And having intrusive thoughts.

Don't those things also describe MANY other possible diagnosis?

And isn't he relying totally upon her word about these symptoms? :liar:

Awwww "shaking" is one of the criteria. LOL

What the DT is doing is circling the drain!

They know by now no jury is sympathizing with their client. And because of that, ANYONE defending, justifying or explaining her murderous actions will NOT be taken seriously nor respected.

This doctor is looked upon as a fumbling, bumbling opportunist with money signs for eyeballs.
That's it.
There's no conviction or expression in his voice regarding Jodi. He's as phony as she is. And this jury knows it!

JA seemed pretty assertive when she when she went round after round with JM.

The jury can decide whether or not they think that JA is assertive. They don't need to be told by an unprepared expert witness who seems to know very little about the defendant. :blushing:

He ended it by asking the doctor about his final report. There were a few errors in his final report, which he submitted an addendum in Dec '12. Juan asked him how much he was paid. He said $250 an hour.

Anyway, that's kind of how it went. Perhaps a bit more dramatic. LOL

JMHO
fran

PS... fwiw, the few errors in the report were that she didn't meet enough criteria under two of the sections, so he reviewed his records and found more.

The best part of all of this is that his report was based on her lies!
