Anyone notice ja filling out a booklet during court today? It looks like she is reading and answering questions. Hmmm

Probably filling one out for her mitigation specialist to use during the sentencing phase. At that point she'll want us all to believe she has a real mental condition so they can't execute her.

The inability to sleep in jail helps her meet the criteria for PTSD on that section - After the killing.

The lack of memory of the trama helps her meet the criteria for PTSD also - After the test was taken.

So basically she NOW has PTSD after the killing. So what's the point?

And no nightmares about it!
Cold hard killer.

Whoo! I think JM just nailed him, got Samuels to admit the criteria doesn't match PTSD!

Well if we learned anything today I think it is how far complete imbecile can get in our society.

Anyone see that commercial on HLN with an elephant in it?

But, this is not been the first time I've seen commercials on HLN that makes been wonder if they are tailoring ads to events......and yes, they do that.

She was trying to ask a question without opening a door for Juan. Maybe the letters?

I think she was trying to get in the doc's opinion of the crime (not premeditated) through this backdoor question.

What has already been ruled as inadmissable.

The jury can decide whether or not they think that JA is assertive. They don't need to be told by an unprepared expert witness who seems to know very little about the defendant. :blushing:

True that! The jury spent more time listening to her prattle on than he did!

Shut.Your.Mouth!!! :what: :floorlaugh: :what:

JB is a slimy shark-and he is good at what he does. He is in the league with the worst of the worst (Geragos, DP Dream Team, OJ's Dream Team). I would LOVE to see Juan take on Baez! It would be so interesting.

I'm much better versed with aspd and npd. To me, she'd be lacking the necessary requirement of anxiety in social situations. I haven't seen much evidence of that. And she very closely fits many knowns of Cluster B disorders but...

I am fully convinced she's a psychopath regardless of what her particular diagnosis actually is. She could easily be schizotypal and psychopathic...or borderline and psychopathic...or any makeup of several disorders.

You know I did base that on the scoring from the test as 2nd or 3rd highest score but silly me that was based on the Ninja story maybe I should have waited for Dr S's new test to draw my conclusions..

Yeah I'm totally down with Cluster B really feeling BPD or NPD & add a dash of Histronics in for good measure..(wow feel like I'm making psychopath pie :floorlaugh:)

The attempts to rehabilitate this witness by highlighting the many errors he made seemed to do as much damage to the witness' credibility as the cross examination.

So ... why bother?

Are they done for the week? or just at recess? Thanks

Has it been confirmed there is no court on Thursday?

No. Nothing mentioned on the court website but I'd like to wait for the Judge to make an announcement.

Does the defense have anyone else they can put up tomorrow? If not, guess the jury gets a five day weekend?
I think they should finish redirect and juror questions by the end of day today....?
We still have La Violette - or was she the one not available tomorrow? They originally had a jail roomy on their list - oh, and MM.

And get paid big dollars to be one.

Indeed. I personally consider slashing an ex-boyfriend's tires and sending threatening emails to prospective girlfriends of said ex above and beyond assertion, into downright aggression, but I don't make up my own definitions either. ;)
