Well, if Arizona works the same way as Florida, it may not mean a hill of beans. jmo

I posted the ethics the other day for psychologist and according to that he did nothing wrong. It's too late to find it again. It said that the rules are so vague that the board has a hard time determining what's ethical and what's not. I'm sure after his last ordeal with the dentist, he learned what he could do and not do.

I suspect that either red soda lady mixed up an ipecac cocktail in that classy 2 liter diet Coke bottle in order to vomit on purpose OR.....

That bottle o' chic was filled with Kool Aid and everclear and the vomiting was a side effect of getting likkered up.

Either way.....WTH with a big ole sody pop bottle in a court of law?

Has anyone seen that movie "Idiocracy"?

BBM
ITA. As the days go by in this country of Amerika, it seems we get closer and closer to the realities of that movie. Every citizen has been 'bred down' to an IQ of around 65 (?) and the I believe the President is a 🤬🤬🤬🤬 actor. Ha.
Awesome vid.

I'm not so sure Travis didn't get out of the shower and go the sink bending over maybe brushing his teeth or attempting to and she attacked him from the back. Hence, the huge amount of blood spatter in the sink as he was screaming for his life. That was it. She had total control of him by then.

Judging by the terror I see in his eyes in that last photo of his face, I doubt he got out of the shower in any normal fashion. Do you see a tootbrush or toothpaste in the crime scene photos of the sink? I don't. I think she went there with a plan to murder him and time was running short. His roommates might have come back around 6 pm so she had to get it done and get out of there. MOO.

Didn't the paid doc say that he used "letters" as part of his diagnosis? Were these the letters he was referring to?

I honestly don't know. That doesn't make a lot of sense to me, per the State's Motion to Preclude being upheld (I believe - dang, I was just looking at the document. Must be my transient global amnesia coming on)...

That doesn't make sense at all to me - but that doesn't mean much.

Ohhhh - I bet he saw them before they were even mentioned - especially to the State. He probably read them before they changed their defense to SD, because (imv) he had an active role in crafting that defense. He saw her first in late 2009, I believe...

Have to check the dates, but that's the only thing that seems plausible to me right now. Im sorry!

ETA: JA disclosed the 'copies' of the letters (calling them "the letters" gives these mysterious copies too much credence - note to self) to the State on June 1, 2010. RS had seen her before that - I am 95% sure of this...

Has anybody come up with a link to the new footage? I googled it and couldn't find anything.

I think it's interesting that JodiIsInnocent.com is listed as the "#1 Jodi Support Site." Like it's the number one site to buy shoes and there are thousands of others. :propeller:

Somebody has probably already posted this link for you but here goes:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=e5igGNYg8A0

It's short, but I heard on HLN shows tonight that the full video is supposed to be 4 hours. I wonder if that's a whole 4 hours that we haven't seen yet though.

Interesting like you said about that Jodi is Innocent site... now there's a big bag of mixed nuts, huh? :floorlaugh:

IMO

She put the knife & gun in the pocket of the bath robe hanging next to the shower.

The 5:33:32 pic... This bothers me too.

This is a real stab (no pun intended) in the dark.

It could possibly be the sole of a black shoe walking away toward the left, with the heel up.

In the top right corner of the black thing on the top left, There is a light spot which looks angled as would the back of the sole of a runners shoe.
(I worked in the sporting goods industry years ago)

I see a door (White verticle object along the right side) which looks like it swings over what looks to be floor moulding.. like what is usually
installed between tile and carpet.

Trouble is...
In no other photos of the crime scene (Bathroom, closet, bedroom) do I see moulding between:
Floor and tile
Tile and tile
carpet and carpet

Like everyone else I am sure, I look at it, study it... and study it.
And walk away.
I then go back with freshly rested eyes only to be frustrated again.

One thing I do know:
She must have been on vivarin
or had energizer batteries where the sun don't shine
to do that kind of damage... that fast.

This photo reminds me of the Sunday newspaper in my hometown.
They would print a partial photo of something around town and ask the readers to guess what it was.
The result would be printed the Sunday after someone guessed it along with a full view of the entire pic..

Thanks for the reply. Take another look at the photo that you think could be the heel up, walking toward the left. Wouldn't the leg block the ray of light? Seems to me if it was a shoe, it would be the heel to the left and the raised toe to the right. More like a leather shoe with a bit of metal trim at the top of the foot.

Good catch on the door that is visible in some shots of that pic, but cropped out in others. The only possible place I can see a door edge would be if the bedroom door were open, right at the edge of the hallway. Take a look and see if you think that could be possible. I am stumped!

She also didn't take no for an answer. He told her there was no room for her to stay, and she ends up sleeping under his Christmas tree!!!:what::what::what:

She does think herself quite the gift. My turn to go puke in the hall after writing that :blushing:

She was apparently on the prosecution witness list but not called. Someone, I think one of the Katydids had a very astute observation earlier that she probably wasn't called due to concerns about questioning on cross, (e.g. So how much would you say you had to drink that evening? etc.)

But the confrontation w/JA (JA preventing Talbot (?) from leaving the room - that is NOT insignificant, as some have claimed - well, maybe one person :) - was the next day. Not that evening. So I'm not sure why alcohol would be an issue in any way whatsoever. The issue is the confrontation, not the event the previous night that cause JA to seek this woman out and very aggressively confront her - and corroborating witnesses came in the bathroom which Clancy Talbot said was the only reason she could get away. She said something like JA was not going to let her leave until she had made herself clear - that Travis was HERS.

I call that outsized, hostile, inordinate aggression - especially with the cumulative events of other instances of JA forcing her way in, demanding to be included, confronting others - even going great distances to do so, claiming to be Travis' girlfriend in front of 30 witnesses, refusing to leave a house when told she wasn't welcome there...

This woman has a clear history of obsession and aggressive behaviour. Oh and the stalking, snooping...

No one told her what to do - she is all about power, control, possession and intolerant of any sexual 'rivals' even when the man involved was openly dating.

Scary. Well, look what she did. It isn't so much of a shock when you string together her history. So her DT focuses on Travis. Gee...

This was posted on another thread on a different day. I would like to give credit to the original poster but I can't find it again. I only saved the link. Pages 7, 13 and 20 are of special interest regarding confidentiality, appropriate testing and records keeping.

IIRC JA taped her as well to "show" her how drunk she was???

JA ruled the world... or thought she did.

Interesting stuff on the trial watcher's thread from Katiecoolday. That screen shot of Det. Flores really is of him waving to her -- he asked somebody who she was! Amazing.

The dog is giving me the stink eye because I "forced" him to come out to the couch when he could be sleeping on my nice warm comfy bed. So I'll head out again -- can't wait for those juror questions tomorrow. Sure to be interesting and informative.

Love your dog. :)

As usual, I'm one of - if not THE last one here of the 'Unofficial WS Night Owl Crew.' Unofficially coined by me just now. :)

When I see at least three of my own posts in a row, I try to take the hint. 'Night G&AMom!

Just read the article, poor gal. She is a lovely woman, and loved what she had to say about JA confronting her. Are they sure at the time of that freak accident that JA wasn't in the area donning a lumberjack outfit?

Great find on the article! That IS really weird, well to me it is anyway. I was immediately reminded of a movie called "The Game" I think, and it starred Michael Douglas. Michael Douglas being the main character in the movie (and a billionaire) was plagued by near death experiences, people trying to kill him, people he knew getting "killed" supposedly, a bunch of bad stuff... Then at the end it was all a very expensive GAME that his friends and co-workers paid for. They punked him in an executive sort of way, lol. He was pissed, yet happy it wasn't for real.

Well, anyway, I've blathered on long enough about that. Jodi/Travis IS real life, unfortunately for poor Travis.

Don't pay any attention to me tonight, I'm on Vicodin for a horrible toothache and should be of to bed soon before I take a keyboard nap.

:cat: :offtobed: Nitey nite!

Edit to add the link to correct post AND poster who found the link, Sulamith. I'm blaming the Vicodin and really going to bed now! :blushing:

Is the "heel up" image you're talking about the last of the 'inadvertent' photos? The dark, ambiguous one in the hall?
If so, I can show you exactly what that is.

A guest on Dr Drew a week or so ago also said that JA was asked to leave a home due to her odd behavior and a few minutes later JA was back in the house staring at them. The one lady said it was a really creepy feeling, and very awkward since she was just asked to leave moments before that. Was her memory that bad back then?

I would like to know what it was too. I saw it, but wouldn't have even tried to figure out what it was. I just thought it was a door threshold and wall and light.
