The Doc doth protest too much. Interesting wording by Juan, "you were seeing her, you saw her one more time..."

Doc has a big, yucky crush, methinks.

Anytime a person in a position of authority or respect gives a gift to a patient, subordinate etc. it changes the game.

And at times, some doctors might hand you some documents (that I prepared) LOL. Reading suggestions and we give it to all patients:

"Walk yourself to a lower cholesterol!"

"So your doctor says you have diabetes?"

"Eat yourself thin!"

:seeya:

I don't recall in 28 years him ever buying a patient any book. Ever.. They bring us gifts! food, tickets, things

He said he started evaluating on Dec 2010, but twenty minutes ago, he said Dec 2009.

Juan never picked up on it, but the defence did. :s

Michael Kiefer @michaelbkiefer

The Webster's definition of "compassion" is still up on the TV screens in the Arias courtroom.

He said she had a breakthrough when he and Nurmi confronted her - now he said she told Nurmi, who told him?
Oooh, I didn't see Nurmi snatch anything - did he take the copy of the test?

My mom just IM'd me:

If Dick isn't a drinker, I bet he starts tonight.

Juan is on to something here. I'll go out on a limb and suggest that JM has unveiled some type of impropriety between RS and his client during their jailhouse meetings. :moo:

If she formed no memories after shooting Travis according to the 'doctor', and 'woke up' in the desert covered in blood, wouldn't the first response to be to call someone to check on him? not to wash her bloody hands and toss the gun before the hoover dam? If her phone was out (it wasn't) she could have told , well......anyone.

YES!!! I too have been saying this for a while. And her explanation for why she didn't call anybody make no sense whatsoever.

First, she says that she's scared and knew that something bad happened and didn't want to be associated with that (paraphrasing a bit).

Then later she talks about still kind of being in a fog.. not really knowing if he was dead or not. But then she kinda sorta admitted that she knew in her heart he was dead but was in denial. Which makes no sense if you truly don't remember anything!

Then she blabbers on sadly about the fact that she's always believed that killing is wrong no matter what the reason, including self defense. blah blah blah

The defense's job is to come up with reasonable doubt... Her lying explanations are anything BUT reasonable.

Here's more food for thought... Her ultimate reason for not telling anybody about what happened (self defense) is because she was protecting Travis' reputation. Are you f-ing kidding me?? This guy that you claimed was an abusive sex-crazed pedophile who almost killed you is worth sitting in prison and facing the death penalty for... for two years before you are going to come clean about self defense.

I would have to be a frigging one eyed orangutan to believe that.

Hypothesis formed with Nurmi at a bar somewhere ....

  • #1,894
doc(not really an appropriate title) said dec 16 2009 then next he said 2010

Hypothesis formation date. Juan calls bull.

It seems as if the doc all along has wanted to rescue her. Poor imprisoned princess Jodi.

"Repulsive, repulsive, let down your hair."

Why do I suspect that user "AZPsych" on the I Love Jodi website is actually Richard M. Samuels?

  • #1,899
The purpose of MY scoring to confirm MY hypothesis, no her lies didn't matter. For MY purposes her lies didn't matter. LOL. Right. Just admit that you would have scored it PTSD no matter what.

Michael Kiefer @michaelbkiefer

I am told that Maricopa County Superior Court is getting more than 1,100 calls per month about Arias case, like asking to talk to the judge.

LOL... like, "Hi,Can Judge Sherry please come to the phone please?" Really?? Do people really do that?

(goes and deletes dialed call records)
