It is so blatantly obvious that Defense is stalling for time to drag on until the end of the day.

Yep-JW wants her voice to be the last they hear, but it might backfire on her as I don't think jurors like nightmares much!!

I'm at work and missed everything.

Where might I find a written list of the questions the jury asked today?

Thanks in advance!

how many times is he gonna try to sneak in what he thinks of the crime scene?! doesnt he understand that martinez is gonna shut him down on every attempt. the jury saw what a horrific crime scene it was. in questions to jodi and questions to samuels there were multiple questions regarding the extent of the injuries etc.

also, notice when he answers certain questions he contines looking at wilmott and not over to the jury. as if hes looking for her approval that hes answering correctly.

If she formed no memories after shooting Travis according to the 'doctor', and 'woke up' in the desert covered in blood, wouldn't the first response to be to call someone to check on him? not to wash her bloody hands and toss the gun before the hoover dam? If her phone was out (it wasn't) she could have told , well......anyone.

Insignifigant details - like including criteria to substantiate a diagnosis in a report for trial, or even including them in the addendum. I bet most experts pencil stuff in they forgot, or 'typos' while on the stand at trial.
I'll bet the State of Arizona is feeling that $250 an hour is well spent.

God, what an experience. Gives me a whole new appreciation for what Wenwe4 and KMouse do. Giving my hand a break for a minute.

So if I understand what happened today, the jury asks questions, maybe 100, and then Ms. Wilmott asks EACH AND EVERY QUESTION all over again. I don't think there was any new information once she started. Is there some point to this?

YEP! They rock! I did it back for the CA trial.....

But what is your problem? :waitasec: All you have to do is type BLAH and then copy and paste it a grillion times! Get with it woman! :giggle:

She did the same thing last time, went one by one asking all the Jurors questions over again. He already explained his answers in great detail, why is the Judge allowing this- it's just a filibuster?

I'm so excited about rebuttal being around the corner that I wanna do a happy dance!

I think we still have to get through another defense witness first, before rebuttal. It could be weeks away...

Good grief, I don't know what to say, my head is spinning, I feel as if I am in a Twilight Zone or something.

I'd like to hear the psycho "interpret Jodi" in that image.

okay, so I put a turkey breast in the crock pot this morning and now I wish I had a reason to go in the kitchen, you all are the only thing between me and an insanity defense at the moment :)

Of course, when Juan gets his turn again, the defense will ask for a sidebar every 90 seconds. Obvious desperation...

Did this fine doctor in his infinite wisdom foresee his patient who is---- unassertive, a pacifist, with low self-esteem, amnesia, acute stress disorder and repressed memories---flipping off her own expert witness in a murder trial?

Yup! Gotta love karma! She's getting exactly what she deserves and this dude is burying her!!

I saw that too, I wondered if I was just being petty. She has done that many times through out this trial. When Juan was asking did u cry when u stabbed mr alexander did u cry when you shot Mr Alexander etc she had her pointer on her glasses and her middle finger was up most of the time untill she finally took her glases off. I call that assertive...

I just want Juan to ask Samuels "Whether JA premeditated killing TA or in self defense, is it possible she would still suffer PTSD?" I would imagine in either situation, she would suffer PTSD. Just as anyone else would whether planned or not. (Of course I believe Jodi premeditated killing TA). I know Samuels have skirted around, giving soldier or police examples but if I am correct and listening well enough to the trial, Juan has not simply asked this question has he? That question would bottom line, enough said IMHO.

I have to go back and double check, but I believe that this question was asked numerous times by jurors is slightly different forms.

Dick keeps saying that dissociative amnesia is common with acute stress disorder. I would really like someone to pose the question to him "What do statistical studies show for the prevalence of dissociative amnesia with people diagnosed with either ASD or PTSD?"

DT does not feel comfortable and thus goes on and on and on with questions on follow up. Wonder if jury sees this as a sign of weakness?

Dick also has made quite a few statements today which would benefit the prosecution more than the defense. He talks way too much and is oblivious to how irrelevant some of this stuff is; the legend in his own mind thinks that he is enlightening and uplifting! Not.

I think Juan will be short and sweet.....

In those videos I saw, Jodi never mentions her own family or concern for their reaction to her arrest.

Why would she care about her family? It's all about Jodi!

This is the only thing keeping me sane right now:

A few days just like this Samuels guy I guess. I thought we'd have a verdict by Easter. Guess I was wrong! :banghead:
