I never finished college and I'm beginning to remember why. This guy reminds me of too many of my professors.

I will finish typing things up this evening (warned you I was slow). I'll have to get a tutorial from Wenwe4 before I ever do this again!

Is there one of 'us' who would have any questions for Dr S?? What is wrong with them. Kinda worrisome. SHE DID IT & IT WAS PREMEDITATED. Move onnnn. Moo

If I was on that jury I would have asked him some questions too. They would be snarky ones but I would ask. Why not? They are a captive audience. Might as well be interactive. JMO

I;m the one who asked that we stay on topic there but asking questions about what is happening in court is 100% on topic. People other than court observers making personal comments is not and it just makes it super hard for those of us who can;t watch live, to catch up!!!!

I hope everyone understands!!!!!!! :blushing:

Wenwe, have I told you lately that I love you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????????? You make it easy to catch up!!!!!

Good luck with that. I asked the same on the court watchers thread and it didn't happen. :blushing:

The problem I see with Wilmott's questioning is that she doesn't question in a manner that tells a story, that leads the jury to their version of what happened. She seems to to ask one question and then move's on to the next question without adequate follow-up. It comes across to me as scattered and very unorganized.

If she wanted to learn how to do it right, then she should take some lessons from Juan.

Thank You so much for catching and posting the real Jodi at her own DP trial
giving the finger to her own expert witness.

What was he saying at that time?

I don't remember. I'll relisten tonight when it's up on YouTube.

RS is so used to these standardized tests that he keeps choosing answer a) or b):
a) "I've been doing this since a meteor hit the earth in AZ, so I don't need no steenking tests and lies are irrelevant."
b) "I memorized every detail of Jodi's life since she was conceived, so whatever leading question you want to ask me about it I'll be glad to agree."

Of course when JM starts we'll have to add a c) and d), but the whole day has been a) or b).

I have to find that story about the Christmas tree on Dr Drew - I missed it, and it sounds like a good one! Sure doesn't sound like Travis was 'not letting her get away'. Who does that?
My kitty cat flops under the tree sometimes, but he lives here!

This attorney is taking so long and is so redundant, I'm wondering if Juan Martinez (yay) is letting her and her witness ramble, because - well, why not?

I think the DT is going to run out the day, so the jury can have 3 days to soak up all the DT bulllssss.

What's with that dang jacket on her arm?????

Oh, and what I came to post is.....has the Doc seen her combative attitude with Martinez? Does he consider that not assertive? She seemed to me to be someone who at least THOUGHT she was holding her own with his questioning. Telling him he was going around in circles, arguing over the choice of words.....she certainly didn't give the appearance of someone used to being pushed around. imo
