JA is doing it on purpose. Pretending she is connecting with the jury.

Wow what a way to end for the break.....Juan has left this jury with much to mull over till next week.

JA must be starved for affection. Every time she goes to whisper in JW's ear, she heads open-mouthed towards JW's mouth and makes JW have to turn her head.

No, mitigation specialists are not normally attorneys. Normally they have some kind of social work background, although often they are also paralegals.

Maria DeLaRosa is self employed and she is the mitigation specialist for this case. IMO

Crape. Its about to be over for the weekend.

Please correct me if I'm wrong ...
I thought I've read that there WILL be court tomorrow (unlike the usual Friday off dark courtroom)

If so ... Juan will be back up tomorrow from where he leaves off this afternoon - and the jury will have Juan's powerful tear-down of Samuels fresh in their minds over the weekend.
yes??

Why is Samuels always asking for his stuff back so he can review outside of the court? WTH would he have to review now?

  • #2,108
Wow. I think I just witnessed Jodi mocking either someone from the jury or someone else in court to Willmot. She even mouthed the words, "He did like that" before exhibiting the motion to Willmot (a side to side motion with her whole body). They then both laughed and JA proceeded to whisper into Wilmott's ear again.

why does it seem like Arias is having a party, and the good doc just got caught with his pants down?

I am disgusted this is how we left off.

In Session ‏@InSession 1m
2 #JodiArias trial watchers were kicked out of court. One woman said to another she wished "Jodi were dead." Security removed the woman.

Was that woman JA's mom? :what:

I'm looking forward to Monday morning starting off with JM and this unusual expert. Monday will start off with a bang!

  • #2,113
I want to know what's up with Jodi's arm. She keeps covering up the right crook of her arm each time she stands up.

Sorry, left! :)

I bet the DV expert is on the stand all next week and rebuttal won't start until after the holiday break.

  • #2,115
I have to go out briefly, but I promise to get the transcript done tonight.

But there are attorneys that specialize in the penalty phase. Andrea Lyon is one that comes to mind.

He goes home, looks in the mirror and says "I'm gonna help people! Because I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and doggonit, people like me!"

(Old SNL skit reference for all you youngsters)
