They caught on that she is using the glasses as a prop so my guess is that YES they know her games. Especially since the brilliant defense had Jodi stand next to Jennifer during questioning.

He's not catching all this stuff and organizing it by himself, in addition to coming up with all the arguments and strategies -- not even a paper out of order! Agonizing as the perpetual defense approaches are, I wonder if, in the end, they aren't actually in the best interest of justice for Travis and his family. That is to say that Jodi would have a harder time appealing a verdict on the grounds of an ineffective defense, given that by all indications her defense team tried (ad nauseam) to protect her from damning evidence/testimony.
