Thank God Wilmott is wearing white on the top and not the bottom...otherwise I think we would see that she has soiled her pantaloons...

Either I or Mr. <modsnip> have shared posts about my sister who has been diagnosed with both a psychiatric and personality disorder. Since her mid-20s, she has been in and out of mental health facilities, been observed and interviewed by numerous psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurses, social workers both as an in-patient and out-patient. None of these professionals used pre-written tests when diagnosing my sister.

My sister's diagnoses were determined through one-on-one conversations or in group therapy sessions with these mental health professionals. At times, the mental health professionals also spoke with various family member as they sought to determine her mental health diagnosis. During periods of hospitalization, there were also reports on my sister's daily interactions with hospital staff and other patients.

I don't negate the benefits of the type of psychological evaluation instruments that Dr. Samuels uses, but it is not the only method that should have been implemented in determining JA's profile. I think that many of us who have followed this case and observed Jodi's behaviors past and present, have a better idea of her psychological profile than this expert witness. :moo:

I think RS made off with some court evidence and re-did his paperwork to correspond.....

When he took his binder home with him after being marked by the court I was afraid of that.

Juan Martinez must have a staff of incredible people supporting him! He's not catching all this stuff and organizing it by himself, in addition to coming up with all the arguments and strategies -- not even a paper out of order! Everyone in his office deserves a huge pat on the back for making these great cross examinations possible.
:thewave:

Ackkk, I love Nancy Drew!!!!!

Who is the guy in lime green beside the twins? Haven't seen him there before. I've only been watching since Juan's redirect of Jodi though so he might have been there before and I didn't notice.

Um....that's not a guy..its jodis friend from jail...I know I know....but its really not a guy.:shush:

Poor Travis's family looks so drained and tired.

They do but they are hanging tough. I notice a lot of blue on that side of the gallery today.

That guy is a woman and her name is Donovan. She is close friends with Jodi. Met her in jail.:jail:

Okay. To be fair, I got what Samuels was saying re: worksheet/answer sheet, etc. I am thinking JM is being deliberately thick to get Samuels flustered.
I couldn't agree more about this. JM probably thinks the number difference is relatively immaterial too ie there's a huge number difference but Samuels is riled so JM's strategy worked

Wow! You don't need to be Dr. Glass to interpret Wilmott's body language today. I bet JM gets her score down to 1 by the end of this. :giggle:
