He had the first 3 pages but not the final page which has the scoring--and he rescored it---
WHY did it come up different?

I did it up to six months after. I did it 3 or 4 months afterwards...I decided to rescore - I have the right to do that 20 times if I want to.
When you grabbed the papers off of the desk, you took material that wasn't intended to be submitted.
Didn't the doctor take whatever was submitted into evidence and hand it in for evidence because he was reading from it in court?

Why would he be hastily rescore something to be used in a capital murder case, for which he is being paid $250/hour?

I mean, why the need for haste? Why wouldn't you take the utmost care to do things properly, know you are going to be scrutinized.

I don't think it matters in the long run, I think the jury can see he is incompetent and biased and will disregard anything he says.

My question would be did you bill the state for that down time?
