So let me get this straight. When Travis allegedly kicks Jodi it's an act of violence, when Jodi admits to kicking her mother, that is a pacifist action?

The information about Jodi's penchant for physical violence isn't going to help the domestic violence expert, that's for darn sure. Before the end of the trial, Juan will have established that Travis was the victim in the relationship and not Jodi.

I have to say - that little tidbit about kicking her Mom is going to stick with the jury. Completely creeps me out - who kicks someone? EVER? Not even an animal. Not even as a child. Unless you have violent tendencies.
