It is absolutely appalling the way they are accusing Travis of abuse on HLN After Dark right now. I don't care if this is just a game to them, they are hurting Travis' family. Unless they are 100 % sure, they should stop this.

ITA I'm not sure if the in-house jury understood the instructions. I just can't believe it was 11 to 1 for not guilty. On line was 88% guilty! Why such a huge variation??? I like what they do on the show but I don't understand how the jury comes together.

Its said the woman who is now testifying is a pioneer in her field. Doesnt matter to me at all. The ME who testified for OJ was concidered the same and his answers were vague in nature. Goes to show money talks and everything else walks.

I think it's even worse than that. I have a hunch she agreed to testify for FREE!

JM is writing down #7 "sense of foreshortened future" only he accidentally misspells foreshortened (fortshortened) and Jodi snickers with Wilmontt who also giggles about it.

I find it incredible that someone on trial for MURDER facing possible death sentence would snicker and laugh feeling smug over someone else's small error!!

One of Travis's friends has him. Sorry i cant remember her name. By earlier posts dog is happy and healthy.

His ex-girlfriend has him. He willed the dog to her. The dog is alive but blind and deaf. That's the last I've read about him. A picture of him was also posted.

Glad to hear it. I was asking because theres a tape of Jodi telling Det. Flores about the time she kicked the family. She said the dog ran away. She probably killed the poor animal.

He was wanting to take 3 of his files, which were entered as exhibits. He was waiting for a ruling from the Judge.

I'm not sure if he got them or not.

As if he doesn't have copies? What's the deal? As I commented earlier, this request, in the middle of the trial, is from the man who didn't want to read all of the text messages between TA and JA to understand the context of the 3 hole comment because "I didn't want to take up the court's time."

I agree it is very confusing with the way that show has the question and then asks the jury to say either GUILTY or NOT GUILTY. It can be the opposite of what you think based on how HLN words the question. I do think they must have confused the public poll part. The jury got it right. Except for the 1 juror who thinks Travis verbally abused Jodi.

Jodi was laughing right along with him on the phone call she taped and she tried to frame him with.

Since the jury on the show was asked to decide if Travis was guilty or not guilty of abusing JA, their vote of NOT guilty 11-1 appears to reflect most people's beliefs. On the other hand, the online vote being 88% guilty seems as if there were many repeat votes by those who are "pro-defense", the question was mis-worded, or something went drastically wrong!
