I need to see the order of the pics Jodi took of Travis in the shower before she killed him.
I think it might being telling the story of the order of the premeditated murder.
Pic of him holding his heart, stab to heart
Pic of his back, stabs to back
Pic of his neck stretched up to the shower head, neck sliced
Pic of him on the shower floor
Pic of face, shot in face.
Is that the order of her pics?

She never expected him to get out of that shower IMO.
There are more pics
I don't think she was expecting him to ever make it out of that shower.

It doesn't make any sense. Why not bluff about finding some matching bullets in her white rental car? That would be a far better bluff and one more likely to compel a confession.

Saying certain things might be totally off, given that JA KNOWS what happened and where things were. If he bluffs the wrong way, she knows he's bluffing and he loses any shot at getting more info out of her. LE has to plan their bluff strategy and it has to be believable to the suspect.

As far as testing it and coming up with a match. That part, at least to the best of my knowledge, wasn't truthful, or at least at the time he said it wasn't. There has not been any testimony regarding it during the trial.

Anyone who has watched Law & Order knows detectives stretch the truth a little.

:)

It could be that her mother is covering for her and Juan has no way around this "alibi".

Her story to Flores was that she owned a feral cat. She was just trying to get him off the subject, as she does throughout her entire interview.

Yes that was her story, however, there was a real incident where she was supposed to be taking care of a cat and had locked it in the basement without food or water.

:furious:

Yes. That story was told by someone she used to work with. Poor cat could barely move and was near death.. Now we have her telling Det. Flores about the family dog (although being tied outside all the time I won't say it was a pet) which I estimate to be when she was approximately 14 years old. Moving forward to the brutality of Travis' murder, is it safe to assume she has always had a "problem"?

:furious:

MOO

Indeed panthera. I am always suspicious of people that don't like animals, and I stay away from folks that are cruel to animals. I doubt very seriously she liked Travis' dog Napoleon....was probably jealous of it and kicked him when Travis was out of sight :furious: :moo:

As I posted on the other thread in regards to the domestic violence and self defense expert about to testify, she might have to warp the truth.

ALV is credible enough to listen to her testimony. What she has to say will have to explain

how Jodi was the one in control at all times and in many relationships,

that she beat her own mother, and has a combative relationship with this same mother that sits in the courtroom everyday,

stalked all those bfs,

she was considered a sociopath by Travis and he felt scammed by Jodi,

ended up being the one that used a gun on a man who asked her to get out of his life,

lies continueously to defend herself, and everyone knows liars seize power and control with their lies and manipulations.

Nobody controlled Jodi ever. Jodi was never in an isolating relationship.

ALV is there with some points to make that will require her to make Travis the abuser. We all know that's how she has to testify. No doubt, Juan is well prepared for ALV.

So we are to believe television is real life now? Even reality shows are scripted.

I agree. He did the same thing with the gas cans. After a while people were like, "move ON!" But on cross follow-up, he dropped a huge bomb. Maybe the biggest of the trial so far. There is a method to his madness.

And, for me my favoritie day his last day of cross, replaying those 48 hour clips over and over of her lying ,manipulative self - setting her up.

Yeah - he knows what he is doing.:great:

For context, here is an extremely abbreviated timeline - but it does put certain things into context (for me anyway).

Met in September 2006 (averaged to Sept. 15)
JA living in Palm Desert CA (long distance)
6 months before they start dating
Started dating on February 2, 2007

Dated for 5 months JA living in Big Sur, CA
(JA living w/MM - long distance for entirety of 'official' dating)
JA and Travis break up June 2007

3 months 'broken up' then:
JA Moves to Mesa AZ August 2007
JA lives 7-8 months in Mesa, moves 2x w/in minutes of Travis.

JA Moves to Yreka CA April 2008
2 months no physical contact (?)

June 4, 2008

Time span: From meeting until June 4, 2008:
628 days
1 year, 8 months, 20 days
---
Please feel free to correct any factual errors :)

628 days. Even when JA lived in Mesa they were not on good terms much of the time, so their being together then is limited as well...

I am in court and litigation way too much to ever feel sorry for an expert. There have been a few times that I have felt really bad for the way my pit bull attorney went after the lying, lying, liar. But that's a quasi-normal empathic response...until you remember that they are lying and cheating and trying to game a system. In this case, it's a brutal murder!!

I don't feel sorry for RS in the leAst bit. He wasn't "one of JA's victim's"! He has free will..he is a highly educated individual who had all the opportunities in life ( that not everyone gets) to make this world a better and/or safer place just by having been in it. No way will I ever feel sorry for him. In fact, I would feel sorry for Jodi before I felt sorry for that "expert"....-and trust me, that is saying something.

Which proves my point. A "bluff" about finding bullets at her mom's house would be totally unbelievable if Jodi knowingly did not leave behind bullets there. The bluff would be called. But a bluff about the white rental car makes more sense since she was in there at around the time of the murder. I would be thinking, "oh **** did I miss something in that car?".

AMEN Suddenly everything has gone PC.

Not cool. I never bashed her sexual preference. I do bash what she is testifying to. She has seen evidence, just like all the others being paid off by the DT.

No good person defends such heinous acts without massive compensation.

Don't be fooled, folks.

Thank you! You put it much better then I could. :cheer: Same with the poster you quoted.

He has bluffed that the neighbors saw her there, too. Even though no one did.

LULU 67 made the statement that she felt sorry for the Doc at the end when he was sitting alone. I did not know how to carry that thread over but, I admit I did too!!! He was another victim in Jodis web. I get angry at anyone that defends her and im not sure why he agreed to defend her she, didnt even give him a nod of thanks or a half smile...nothing!! Im sure its ruined his career but for some reason..I felt a lil sorry for him. Dont hang me. At least I have empathy unlike Jodi!! Haha!!

I agree with you. The guy drove me nuts on the stand becuase he was so disorganized but...I feel Nurmi handles his experts/witnesses like he tried to with the list of people on the Prosecution's side. He lies to them. Then he talks big money.

I do believe he fills their heads up. Claims there is all this proof that what they will get up on the stand and talk about is true. That the state is just a bumbling fool with nothing to hold up their case so don't worry. They will be there to help them, guide them. He picks really disorganized off the wall people to do it to as well.

Please, don't beat me people. I do feel these experts are at fault for not looking into the case themselves properly but so far I have a little twinge in my heart for Dr. Sam. Especially at the end when he was standing there, waiting with his suitcase and Jodi couldn't even bother to acknowledge him. His career is pretty much over, he had no idea it was coming and the bish can't even give him a kind smile.

Missed the discussion about the dog .. tied up all the time outside? Not the same one in the photos with her is it? Anyway, yep, I reiterate, let's write the prison once she's sentenced so she can't partake in any of those wonderful animal programs they have for prisoners. No pets for you JA.

Wasn't she keeping someone's cat at some time and locked it in a room the whole 2 weeks?

Yes and it was shaking and traumatized by the experience. Probably starved, dehydrated, terrified. Having spent years volunteering at shelters and fostering abandoned and abused cats , I have seen things that have brought me to my knees. I have a real problem with this. People who abuse animals are sadists., end of story. I am "speculating" that there is so much more we have not heard about her violence and disregard for all beings imo

TH's were saying that was to prove he and Jodi did not have a conection. So she just glanced over that way and never acknowledged him.

Even if they are wrong, don't feel sad for him. He was paid well and he put himself in that position. After all there were no feelings between he and Jodi.
