Meanwhile, she's making major bank for giving her "impressions" of JA's journal and tossing out a few psycholingo terms.

I hope Juan gets up and asks three simple questions:

Are you aware that Jodi Arias is an admitted liar?

Are you aware that Jodi Arias premeditated the murder of Mr. Alexander?

Do you always take the words of an admitted liar and murderer when you come to conclusions about relationship dynamics?

I disagree if only in the fact that she started referring TA actions and words as abuse as soon as she got up on the stand. Actions and words that we all have in normal everyday relationships. I think she lost people and most importantly the jury because of that. She came off as biased early and I think this has made her words worthless.

I love Minor but I have to disagree with them too on this subject.

Anyone can cherry pick text and emails and make something look bad. It adds to their biases and it shows she is not an objective expert.

After re-watching the sequestration hearing, Nurmi calls out Jurors 1, 4, 6, 13, 17. He's going for a mistrial by removing enough jurors so that the number falls under 12?

i fear her goons are planning to cause trouble for the jurors one way or another. I wish they were provided with a room to have food brought in and guard to be left alone during lunch..for their protection

The major problem I have with LaV is she does not seem to view the diaries and texts etc. of BOTH TA AND JA with an objective mind, open to identifying abusive behavior from BOth of them. She only evaluates TA's words and behaviors with a bias towards finding abuse and JA's with a bias towards finding victimhood. Hopefully this can be made clear in cross and then with JM's own expert in rebuttal.

She wasn't hired to evaluate JA as an abuser; however, when the cross gets going, I do not see how she can avoid it.

Jodi testified that she left DB home the morning of June 3 rd and returned a few "minutes" later to return a remote. JM asked how she got DB remote? She could not remember. Ok. The hypothesis is that Jodi bartered with DB, gas cans for a DVD player and remote she stole from Grandma when she stole the gun. Except, she forgot to give him remote. DB testified Jodi left his home at 7 am and returned at 10 am. Where was she for the three hours? Getting her hair dyed brown. Anyway, JM will bring out all of this in rebuttal. He skimmed over it in his cross of Jodi.

Well, don't be so disturbed. Just think, not long ago, it was all men doing the same thing. I think it's absurd to suggest that there is a conspiracy between these "four women" against "one man". I guess you would prefer it to be all men in power in that courtroom right now. Sad.
