Omg this testimony is making me laugh out loud. That they really think they can take Travis' words:

"I have never met a purer form of evil. You're worse than hitler. You live a life identical to satan. You caused me more pain than the death of my father. Youre nothing but a psychopath and a liar. You used me and you dont know what horror you caused me. You don't care about anything but Jodi."

and twist it into him just abusing her because that's what he does, instead of taking it for what it is: his honest opinion of whatever crap she was pulling, is so ridiculous. I listen to this and if I didnt know better i would think this was the prosecution's case.

Hi Alyce. Let's talk about the difference between 'character assassination' and 'actual assassination' shall we? Okay then. On to shaming.

I have heard this opinion expressed again and again, not just here, and not just by you, Novice Seeker, that the credibility of "real" victims everywhere is at stake and is being damaged by this case. As if just one--one!--dubious and obviously ill defendant, and the people who are defending her, could somehow ruin it for other victims. I say this is nonsense!

If the credibility of victims is so fragile, so easily dismissed, can you place the blame for that squarely on Jodi's shoulders? I mean, let's just think about that. Does she really have that kind of power? Does Alyce? Or, is it that we have a society that is looking for anything, anything at all to discredit victims of DV or intimate partner violence, and, to that end, Jodi Arias is a dream come true?

When it comes to the credibility of victims, there's a much larger and deeply-seated problem here that has a long, long history going back to before Jodi was even BORN. Why superimpose her infamous face over this problem? That is so cowardly and dishonest!

This is being broadcast to the world. Think about it. Not everyone thinks critically. Moreover, LV is wrong in what she promulgates. It is misinformation. That is very damaging. She is supposed to be an advocate. Instead she is making things worse!

This is an angry young man venting his frustration at a sociopathic Klingon. She can't take standard words of rejection so TA is leaving her in no doubt about how much he wants her OUT of his life.

ALV is stuck in the seventies and seems to have bought the DT's drivel, hook line and sinker. Luckily for the jury she's ignoring the Judge's instruction and paraphrasing reading aloud exactly what TA thought of his murderer.

I'm also so sick and tired of Wilmott's leading questions. She basically makes a statement and then says "right?" It's crazy!

and reinforces the idea that she was a diligent juror who is still treating this trial as a serious thing. She took a couple days, probably sought legal advice, made a statement indicating she wouldn't speak and only then appeared in public. I have seen nothing untoward in her behavior. I think I kinda like her and I haven't even seen her hair yet! (Can't watch/listen until Juan starts).

I see your point. I can see both sides---I guess it depends upon her upcoming actions and responses. I just hope she does not make any public comments that can give ammo to Nurmi and his stupid motions for mistrial.
