I have watched criminal trials for over two decades. I have never seen the amount of constant side bars as is in this case. It has become bizarre. If JW is not wanting a side bar then the Judge is telling them to approach.:banghead:

I will never watch another Arizona case especially if the presiding Judge is SS.

But you are absolutely correct, she rented it from Redding, which is the largest northern central California city.

Oh Nurmi, try as he might he is not going to get one. I know how much he wants to change his plea from self defense to temporary insanity but that's not going to happen. I know he wants to start all over again with these big fat pay checks but it's not going to happen.

$1.4 mill is not going down the tubes.

Nurmi has been coddled, swaddled, babied, allowed 4 years worth of delays. He is so used to getting his way, like a spoiled brat who doesn't see the reality of the situation.

Just let her fry Nurms, then you can walk away like you have wanted to do for so long now. Go take your vacation to Aruba and talk to your wife about how unfair the judge was and how you actually have to work to obtain money now.

Today, Martinez, in regards to the restaurant incidents he stated something about Mesa being pretty big, etc. However, I thought previously regarding the reason that Jodi went outside of Mesa to rent a car he hinted that was Mesa was fairly small and too many would people would recognize her. I saw Jodi react when he said this today. Did he contradict himself? I hope that I am wrong. lease:

No, I think he was talking about Yreka being small previously, not Mesa. She was living in Yreka when she rented the car.
