I find it amazing the DT can't seem to understand there comes a point where the jury starts to resent having their time wasted by repetitive tesitmony. They would eventually like to get back to their lives.

I really believe this jury is going to hold it against them,they need to get this DV lady off the stand STAT!!

Watching Dr. Drew and all his guests. I was very hard for her Mother, her mother knew something was wrong with JA and when she got the calls from friends ( I still want to know what friends and would love to hear from them) she knew she was right and it was not her. When she spoke to DF it was relief, partly to help save her child (she's nut's) and partly for her own sanity ( I was right all along).

My heart went out to Samantha today (all of Travis's family). I just wanted to hug her. What a fine Family. Travis and Grandma are looking down and beaming with pride. Grandparents did a wonderful job raising these fine folk.

Even her plea deal is blackmail! So, that's the reason she smiles as the family cries. She warned them it would be ugly, and now she is basking in that fact. She has no shame!

Sam started to cry today when Juan was asking AL about family orgins.I think Sam was thinking about what Travis went through as a child

and how they had such a loving grandma that gave them a better life and looks to me some happiness in his pictures. I love those little school pics of him.....I think poor Sam is crying because of how just rotten to the core the girl is and her defense that snuffed all lifeout of her brother that was well loved by amazing people....they all cry thinking about what they have lost in his death.

Of course. The jury could decide she killed him defending herself. So, yes, it's possible, in the sense that it's possible that her are real.

Theoretically possible she walks if all 12 believe her bs about self defense. There is NO chance though.

The jury will be instructed to consider lesser charges because the DT has provided all kinds of nonsense, including bogus testiphoney from the defendant. Unfortunately, even though we know everything is a lie, they will be given the option of manslaughter.

I don't believe anything has been done to give 2nd degree/crime of passion, but I'm not sure about that.

What will happen is a murder 1 conviction. I am absolutely convinced of that. There is a mountain of premeditation that they cannot get out of. In addition, there is no way to explain away a change of weapons and the amount of damage done to TA.

That plea document was a tough read huh. Representative of who and what Jodi is :furious: I want DP as well.

These talking heads on HLN dissing Juan and his style in the courtroom are equivalent to the high school quarterback dissing Payton Manning and his style on the football field. :rocker:

I was doing a little poking around, I think I know who the other defense member was sitting next to the mit spec but not sure I should name her in case I'm wrong.

Pretty sure she works in the Maricopa Public Defenders office and share an office and a suite with Willmcott.

Point being that ALV did not prove to anyone that the tape was consensual, but implied it was during her testimony without any proof anywhere from anyone.

I think JA looked worse today than I've ever seen her before. DH agrees with me that she appears to be losing her ability to mimic human emotions, and the real Jodi is coming out for all to see. Her behavior in court this week has been nothing less than surreal. We've all seen her odd little movements at the DT table, hiding pencils or whatever she's doing. And shuffling and snooping at papers when the attorneys go up to sidebar. But her crazy seems to have reached a whole new level this week.

When she sustained her attorney's objection yesterday, caught on camera, I almost fell off my chair. Her whole body language has changed, and it's almost like she can't contain herself anymore with the giggling and making faces. This has got to be killing her attorneys. I think JW's doing damage control when she acts all chummy with her. I've caught the odd time where you can see the barely hidden look of disgust on her face when JA gets really, really close to her. And what was up with the jacket thing today? Putting it on backwards was really strange, why not just put the darn jacket on?

I hope that the DT is not still thinking they can pull a last minute touchdown here by keeping this going so long. I just can't imagine why they would want to drag it out any longer than is reasonable to give her a proper defense. They can't still think they're going to pull a Baez can they? :lol: They've gone above and beyond IMO in giving her the best shot they could. Now it's just getting painful for everyone involved, lol including us. Time to bring this trial to a conclusion so the family can move on. And the rest of us too .

Jodi told Detective Flores that when she was fourteen she kicked a dog because it tore up trash that had diapers of her siblings, and that that doing it changed her whole world. The way she looked at the world. She was growing pot on the roof and lying to her parents.

Seven, fourteen, ?, twenty eight she kills Travis. Jodi has this strange OCD with the number two also.

And it seems like something big every seven years is a world changing events in her life?

Here's my take on something that stood out for me at the end of JW's rebuttal today...AVL said she rejected cases that "didn't have enough evidence/information", "didn't believe the person” (check all for JA), yet she DID take JA, and she apologized to JA for "invading" her privacy" , which included finding documentation of JA being a controlling stalker, blackmailer, liar and a sex life with TA that she hole-heartedly enjoyed. Yet she dismisses this under cross from JM because she's not an "expert" in those areas and she's only there to discuss DV! I mean..give me a f'g break! Can't wait for the Juror's questions - even when they're responded to by "It's not a yes or no question".
