OP claims he shot all four bullets through the toilet door, does the State have forensic evidence that any bullet wounds doesn’t have any wood splinters and DNA. I’m curious about the trajectory of the bullet that missed Reeva hit the wall behind her and fell into the toilet bowl.

Women can bring the roof down even if they see one cockroach or mouse running around in their homes how is it feasible that Reeva did not howl out in pain when the first shot hit her in the side of her right thigh near her hip. All the bullets wounds are on the right side of her body starting from the thigh and moving upwards indicates that she was standing sideways either with her right side pressing against the door or close to it in a desperate attempt to prevent OP from breaking open the door.

BBM: I know I read very early on that this bullet had human tissue on it.

Does anyone else remember reading this anywhere?

Screaming at young women

Threatening strangers with guns

Firing recklessly and thinking it's funny

Unfaithfullness

Telling security everything was fine when he had just shot Reeva.

Failing to call an ambulance.

And there is something there with the open/shut window and lights, but I can't work out what.

I think the State brought out the open windows/doors of the homeowners to prove that what the witnesses have testified to regarding their windows/doors being open is supported by evidence.

I foresee a sleepless weekend for OP, after all the damning testimony today.

And the State hasn't even gotten to the forensic evidence yet!

Indeed--very real possibilities!

Thank goodness for Dr. Stipp and his sense of morality in wanting to find and aid his neighbor.

And remember how quickly he was told "Pistorius' lawyer will call you soon..."

OP called security six (6) minutes later than Dr Stipp.....


From the bail hearing:

Roux added the security guard Pistorius called after the shooting heard him crying on the phone after Pistorius dropped the phone instead of putting it down properly.

Was this the same as Mr Barber testified ? I don't think so....

After Barber's testimony, I now feel certain that OP lied (again) in his bail hearing affidavit when he said he phoned Stander & asked him to call an ambulance.

If that was true, then why hadn't Stander already called for an ambulance by the time Dr. Stipp came over?

OP told Barber "Everything is fine."

Stander only instructed Barber to call police & paramedics after OP's house had become overrun with witnesses (security personnel, Dr. Stipp).

I have this timeline all messed up.She screams-was that in the bathroom.Shots are fired,he asks for help then breaks door down with the bat.Did anybody hear the bat?If she was running from him why find the time to take the phone?Was there blood in the bedroom?

Best witness so far - I was hanging on her every word.

Oh - what happened to those mysterious e-mails Roux promised to produce?

This is something I wanted to hear opinions on. Doesn't Roux keep saying 'I have this/that document, I can produce it' but never seems to actually do so?

It seems to be a kind of threat to prove witnesses are lying, but without backup. I don't think it should be allowed.
