How the hell would Sam know where Oscar slept on valentines eve?? heh.. sam says.. I wouldn't know..

Back to OP's bedroom.

Shortly before Reeva shooting, OP was receiving treatment for shoulder injury. Asking witness what side of bed he would have slept.

Witness says she does not know what was going on in OP's bedroom that night. She was not there.

Roux is asking on which side of the bed OP slept on the night of 13th Feb !! Has he lost the plot?

SAm 'He could walk on his stumps but often balanced himself on something. He had difficulty balancing on his stumps.'

Samantha stated that she didn't think that OP was necessarily afraid of being attacked.

Have I got false memory syndrome or did his lawyer and maybe a relative take some paperwork from the safe very shortly after the shooting? I'm sure I remember reading that because I thought it was such an impersonal thing to do right after Reeva had been killed.

Yes i recall that too. OP instructed them to collect items from his safe within hours.

OMG - OP pulled a gun on another person in a car because they thought the person in the other car was following them!

Sam saying she does not think OP 'was scared' about security.

She is speaking about OP jumping out of car and holding a gun to window of car, black bmw, that had followed them to their estate.

She says OP did not seem scared. Just angry.

I don't think Roux knew about that incident, or meant to bring it up. He was talking about another one, with a different vehicle.

OP always kept his phone with him.

Sam: 'Every night he had his phone next to his bed'.

Sam...in her own little vague sounding way is extraordinarily astute and composed.. She has a story to tell, she has answers to give and she ploughs on unfazed.

Sam : 'Mr Pistorius never kept his firearm under his bed.'

Roux makes her amend that to, when she was there.

Samantha: OP never kept his firearm under his bed when I was there.

Earlier she testified that he kept it on the floor next to his legs or on the nightstand.

I love the way this witness says 'Sorry?' in total bewilderment at some of Roux' questions.

Roux arguing with judge now over meaning of 'often'.

Pulling a gun on a stranger in another car. Firing a gun just to rile up police.

Not sounding like someone inundated with paranoid, 'reasonable for a disabled person', fear.

Sam: 'Every single night when I was in bed with him, OP used his phone'

OP slept on right hand side of bed.

He kept a gun on him all the time 'He carried it around with him'

At night he placed it on bedside table or next to his legs, on the floor. Legs were on right hand side, where he slept.

This is crucial testimony from the ex gf because Reeva’s night Bag and Slippers were found on the LEFT side of the bed clearly indicating that she slept on the left side of the bed. The holster of the gun was found under the left side of the bed. This means she was sleeping on this side facing the balcony, now if she really woke up so close to the balcony she would have definitely seen him or heard him in the baloney trying to move in the big brand new fan into the bedroom, however Roux claims due to his shoulder injury, that night he slept on the bed’s left side. Reeva’s personal belongings found on the left side of the bed exposes this lie once again.

After he claims to have heard a sound from the bathroom, he had to remove the gun from the holster found under the left side side of the bed, in doing this his face and eyes would have had to be not more than one foot from where Reeva was sleeping, how did he not notice that she wasn't in the bed or try to wake her up and warn her of an intruder in his home?

Onto how Sam felt about break up. Witness breaks down. Adjourned.

I think she must have really, really loved OP.

Sam...in her own little vague sounding way is extraordinarily astute and composed.. She has a story to tell, she has answers to give and she ploughs on unfazed.

yeah, until the "breakup" is mentioned......oy vey.
