O: The outside balcony light was on

O says there was just enough light to see the fans and Reeva's jeans but when he drew the curtains it was pitch black. He didn't see Reeva when he got up, 'because I had my head down, in my hands'.

So the ammo was actually in his private safe upstairs .
Thanks .

And that's the one that a few people had access to apparently.

  • #663
N asks if it was difficult to close sliding doors and curtains. 'Nothing was in the way?' (twice)

O: That's correct.

  • #664
Perhaps, but iirc the door it opened up to the toilet as in all houses I've been in...inner doors open into the furthest room. Pretty standard I thought in homes. All doors open away from you as you move into the home. Front doors open INTO the house...bedroom doors open INTO the bedroom...toilet doors open INTO it.

The plans of the bathroom/ toilet do show the door opening out of the toilet into the bathroom.

  • #665
O 'didn't see Reeva because my back was facing the room'.

N queries how he didn't see Reeva getting out of bed.

N: If I say it's strange you didn't see her, you'd agree?

O: It was pitch black. It's not strange at all.

Nel definitely understands what OP is saying.

So you think that makes him less guilty or punishable ? Auto pilot mode means without thinking... the gun rules in SA are as OP well knows "know your target and what is beyond", how do you tally that with not thinking?

  • #667
N: So you pulled the fans in and drew the curtains - she must have got up during that?

OP says he doesn't know when R got up, 'It was pitch black', execpt the led. 'I could barely see anything in the bedroom'.

I have said many times i think he deserves culpable homicide.

I do think it means he did it without intent, yep.

The state is just trying to say it must not have been a very loving relationship if he was looking at 🤬🤬🤬🤬 with Reeva in the house. Really not very relevant.

That's a ridiculous argument lol
What male doesn't look at 🤬🤬🤬🤬?

there was a bit of light. could see the jeans.....

Nel..and when you woke up,you were on the left hand side??

yes.

Nel. you then got up, and walked around the bed.. first, you moved thesmaller fan, then the larger fan....

you closed the curtains, and locked the doors??/

no I locked the windows....

Nel. you had no trouble balancing??

no.. nothing in the way.

Nel. and REEVA didn't say a word after that.. and yo didn't see her get up..

no. not a thing.. I didn't see her, my back was towards her bringing in the fan.

I was placing the fans in the opposite place to her.. I don't know how she got off the bed.. whether she slid off the bed or

Nel. you would have seen her??

No I had the fans blowing.. had my back to the bed.... I used the curtains for balance.

Nel in that time... that only time , you would have seen her??

Oscar is cranky.. no no.. it was pitch black.. I was facing the tv cabinet..

Nel. in your peripheral vision ?

no I couldn't see anything..

Nel..but yu saw the denim. because you had seen them earlier..

no

Nel.you saw the denim in the light from the agh god.. its speeded up. Nel is talking fast ,Oscar is too I missed a bit.

  • #671
N is questioning that OP found the denim?? only because he saw it earlier, not because there was enough light to see it.

I think Nel means the jeans by that. Dunno why he's calling them 'the denim'.

Hello, I'm new here and have lots of theories .. my main one being that Oscar is a mummy's boy .. mummy will fix things for him no matter what .. yeah that'll be right, having no legs allows ya to do anyfing.

IMO the first rule broke in a country where a carried firearm has to be concealed at all times, was for OP, knowing the gun laws, to ask Fresco to pass it to him while in a public place, the second for Fresco to concede and pass it.

Thank you, it was more a figure of speech but you are correct.

I've moved to the naughty corner anyhow :offtobed:

Nel says OP contradicted himself with that. That he said something different before. Now pic of jeans on floor, mid room. Nel says 'you must at least have been facing the passage'.

Nel slipped in about O 'stepping on the duvet'. O insists it was not him who put it on the floor. He doesn't know how it got there. Now quoting Botha and speaking Afrikaans and Nel speaks it back..

And Nel snaps because Mr Aldridge making remarks in bckgrnd: 'Object if you want to!'

Judge agrees he shouldn't be making remarks behind Nel's back.

Nel.. now to pick up these denim.. you are facing the passage..

no.. I

Nel..yu would have had to walk over the duvet...

no. it wasn't on the floor..

Nel. so someone had to move the duvet???

no.. I didn't move it.. it wasn't on the floor.....

Nel. . so someone else moved the duvet??

Botha, I spoke about this before.. ( Oscar is speaking extremely fast now.. the word Botha sends him into a frenzy)

mr oldwage wants to make an objection.. ..

judge says.. it isn't proper for y ou to be hwhispering on the floor, oldwage.... mumble mumble from oldwage..

Roux is up.. objection.... something re in the record Roux is doing it from guess...

Nel wants to have this objection clarified..

Roux says he cant findit, and will come back to it. ( that will be a first) ..

Nel.. the photographer found it like this...... von staden?

I believe so..

Nel. so yur evidence must be a policeman put it there??

I find it hard to believe.. the duvet wasn't there, then it was...

Nel... I asked you about this photo yesterday.... you said there was nothing wrong..

Oscar.. there were many inconsistencies.. many variations..

Nel. I showed this one.. this photo.. with the duvet on the floor.

Oscar.. I don't remember..

Nel. was Reeva under the duver??

Oscar. yes. she had it over the bottom part of her legs.. Ididnt have it over me at all.

Nel. how do you know that? that she had it on the bottom part of her legs?

I had to get out of bed. I moved it.. I pushed the duvet aside... I got out on the left hand side of the bed..

Nel.. Reeva had the duvet over the bottom part of her legs??

Nel.. you are adapting your version.
