Guilt becomes very obvious on the stand.

Love how Nel closed his eyes for his next question. Smoochh

O: I don't remember it being on the floor.

N: You said you remembered the duvet being on the bed, that's a nonsensical answer..

O: Explains how the splatter might have got there, Nel says he is arguing - why are you touching your eye now? Is it sore?

Judge steps in: I saw him touching his eye earlier.

Blood spatter on the carpet?

I wouldn't bet they are slanderous. Batchelor has quite a history and apparently did assault OP and was almost arrested

If I can recall correctly it was something like this OP's words to 'My Lady'.

My lady in this context I think it's important to state that it's come back to me on many occasions that Mr (not sure of name ending in berg) paid Mr Batchelor a sum of money. He confessed it to Mr Divaris that he got caught up with what he thought were his friends and got extorted for more money. I think that is the reason they tried to involve me in whatever idea they had.

I think that the blood spatter on the duvet and the blood spatter being on the carpet right there in the same spot show that the duvet was on the floor. I think it is extremely improbable that the duvet was on the bed.

The duvet being on the floor is a serious problem for Oscar.

Where exactly is the watch case in the bedroom?

Also, I think Nel is about to nail OP on his contradiction of saying he was whispering and then saying he wasn't whispering

yikes, cuz he said whispered. then the next day he said soft voice, and now today it's low.

Was there blood spatter on the floor? I don't remember seeing that at all

OPU 101

" I made a mistake, M'Lady.

Roux is loudly whispering now.....

O: Milady, if the police officer placed it there by luck, it's unlucky for my version...

N:...you're tailoring your evidence. It's not true. When you spoke to Reeva, what did you say?

O says he said 'Get down and call the police' but says he said it in a 'low tone'. He did not whisper and agrees anyone who said he whispered is lying.

Nel points out OP was the one who said he whispered and now wants OP to read out where he said so.

I'm not even seeing this LED stuff as a piece of the puzzle :(

I get the LED line of questioning a little bit (i.e., why the one LED light on the amp would bother him when didn't bother to cover other LED lights) however I get TOTALLY lost with the jeans getting thrown over the amp to cover the light and eventually end up on the floor on top of the duvet cover (per the photo) and Oscar's insistence that the jeans were NOT on top of the duvet.

I just don't understand what is even being implied. It's driving me crazy what the big deal is I am missing.

Is that Roux whispering or one of the assessors?

  • #134
N; Why are you steering away from I whispered?

Op says he is not. If he said that, it was a mistake. Repeats he used 'a low tone'.

  • #135
Low tone...baritone ? Or Bass?

I think what's being implied is that Oscar's version is fabricated

Jeez, he's not just tailoring his whispering evidence, he's trying to cover all bases by saying "I think I spoke to her in a low tone".

  • #138
Well, one thing's for sure - Roux has definitely not consulted with OP while he's been testifying

It's on top of the speaker closest to the bedroom door
