I can see OP going to pieces again today because he just can't figure where Nel's going with half of these questions and that seems to be frustrating him.

Yikes! Who is that man-mountain sitting with the OP camp?

  • #183
Just saw the blonde guy someone was discussing earlier. He looks like a younger mad Harrison Ford on steroids to me, lol!

*I thought I was rested but this testimony is exhausting!

MOO

Break time, Oscar is upset!

OP said: "I wanted to chase the people out of my house" but then according to his version he cornered "them" in the toilet and without giving them a chance to get out, without any warning to tell them he had "them" cornered he shot "them". Certainly under SA law appears to be an unlawful killing... now to see if it was also "intentional".

Judge not happy with that outburst.

Nel has put it on record what he saw OP just did; crouched, arm tucked in, gun pointed.

They had a little skirmish over arming/ready to shoot/safety off/ in terms of gun. OP unwilling to say the gun was ready to fire, in exactly those terms.

Hmmm, a crouch would suggest he had his prosthetics on.

Yes, I think it's just undermining as many little things as he can in OP's version - with the hope that the cumulative effect will be to discredit his entire account. I don't think there will be any big smoking guns.

Respectfully, these are not little things at all! He is dismantling every piece of Oscar's story one by one, quite successfully and Oscar is falling apart at the seams because he knows he's done.

Did we just get an example of an attempt to sound like a woman?

O: I peered around the corner, I stopped shouting....

N: No,no....you were where the passage starts. Could you see something?

O: There was a little bit of light...

N: If you were busy in the room, would you have seen Reeva is she walks past you?

OP said he would. And he walked down shouting words to the effect of Reeva call the police....but when asked exactly what, long, long, pause....

Then a high pitched wail: 'Get the f'''' out of my house', twice. He didn't sound like a woman though.

Adjourned for OP to recover. I think that sounded a bit rehearsed....

here comes the unravelling

If you look at where the duvet is on the floor, it would not be possible for OP to be running back and forth to the balcony as he claimed to be that night. OP has been insistent that the duvet was on the bed and even agreed that the duvet being on the floor is a problem for his version. He says the police put it there.

So now jump to the LED light. Oscar claims after he placed the fans in the room that he went over to the amp to cover the light. In my opinion, this gives Reeva more time to get up to go to the bathroom and OP not to see her. Oscar says that he started to put the jeans on the light, but then heard the noise so he placed the jeans back down on the floor.

If the jeans are on top of the duvet, the duvet was on the ground.

Nel showing that there was blood spatter on that duvet, and also on the carpet in the same spot, I believe, proves that the duvet was on the ground.
Thanks for the close up pics.
I could have given OP the benefit of the doubt about the jeans because they could have fallen off whilst he was running around the room but seeing the pics now I don't think that could be possible as they would be closer to the unit he was trying to cover the lights on .
I am surprised that OP hasn't said that he threw the duvet on the floor when he came back to the bed to check where Reeva was after the shooting .
He has had a whole weekend break on this .

What was the outburst? Sky News are now on a 1 minute delay so they've bleeped it out.

  • #194
That was it!

Screamed like a woman.

Thought it might be coming!

Oscar with Oscar-Speak resurrects his case.

Does anyone know where first documentation is that Oscar said "get the **** out my of house" to the "intruder."

God he really does sound like a girl....

Hmmm, a crouch would suggest he had his prosthetics on.

Between last Friday and today, I am convinced he had his prosthetics on and was kneeling/crouching when he shot her.

He mentioned kneeling on Friday. He wouldn't be kneeling on his stumps.

The wording is so suspicious.

If he had a fight with Reeva, he would have shouted the same thing.

I thought it was settled the other day with OP admitting that the gun had one up in the chamber and that he took the safety catch off and therefore it was ready to fire ?
