I think the State's 2 best witnesses for the State's case were Captain Mangena and the accused.

Mangena was flawless in his ballistics evidence.

OP tied himself up in so many knots as he repeatedly lied, that he has made the State's case stronger, IMO.

Nel: (Re bullet wounds) If she (Reeva) was upright, everything goes up.....Cpt Mangena was an excelllent witness, defence accepts that....we have four, well-grouped shots. The accused was in control......angke would indicate, it's all aimed at toilet door. If she was standing at A, where her right hip was, he knew where she was, she was talking to him...that's where he shot. Then he shot three more times.

Nel: it's strange, defence inexplicably failed to present recording evidence of the accused screaming like a woman.....he had to tailor a version where he had to suddenly stop screaming, because Reeva stopped, when she was shot.
