huh?? why on earth would he bash that?? I assumed it was were the key goes in??

It wasn't the defence witness who was hitting the door from a different angle.. that tweet is in error. It was the states witness, ballistics , the state prosecutor x-examining.

The bat/door demo in court. When Col hit from a standing position, he is 1.85m tall, but bat hit at 1.53m.

It is interesting that the Col seems to have found one bat mark is 1.24 to 1.25m off the floor, before, he says, he knew Op's shoulder height without his legs is 1.25m.

It is Roux who has asked for the early break for tea . not Nels.. Roux needs it to bone UP on the report.

He said some of their evidence is not in the report, yes. I think its code for CYA, personally, as the entire defence team and accused are huddled around the door 'trying out' different angles.

More proof that OP was bashing everything in site in the bathroom threatening Reeva to open the door and not only on the toilet door.

I'm pretty certain its right. The defence TEAM is inspecting the door. There are a whole lot of tweets by many reporters - this is all going on right now, while live feed is cut for the adjournment.

I still cant grasp why it would be a surprise.. Oscars whole story relies on the marks of the bat on the door.. .. why it would only occur to roux today, right now doesn't make sense.

Here is the floorplan of bathroom/toilet. It looks to me that the bath could have been bashed while someone was swinging a bat at the toilet door, but there aren't measurements so it's hard to be sure.
