Nel is up to object..

Roux has the record in a bit of a klutz..

Nel states, that Roux is skipping from Pic to pic, time to time, and trying to link them up .. he hasn't got the grip of it..

I think he has. He's trying to confuse the original crimes scene pics and the ones after stuff was moved, I think. And I really believe there is something he is very worried about, with the bat.

VS has never played cricket, he tells Roux!

I find Roux's assertion that the position of the bat is changed to be ridiculous.

From one perspective, the floor tile line went through the letter E.

From a closer perspective, the floor tile went through the letter R.

Perspectives in a photo will change, depending on the camera angle. The only thing that moved was the camera angle - not the cricket bat.

Roux is grasping.

This is ridiculous ........Roux using tile grout as reference points...one photo shot from a totally different angle causing an optical illusion .

Ha.....just is pi',ed at Roux...he was arguing with witness.

Onto Botha and VS in bathroom. 6.14 or 40? Botha confiscated cell phone from bathroom, after VS photographed it.

now Nel is up on his feet, cranky and barking.. you cant argue with a witness on this point.. Roux gets a bit rattled..

whether the witness calls it the front or the back, its what the witness testified to in relation to its position on the surface..

Judge says.. no mr Roux.. you really cant..

Roux.. I'll move on.

Nel strenuously objects, states witness is being ridiculed, and Judge seemingly agrees - Roux is forced to back down over the bat. (I really think this is one very bad witness for the defense. He throws the corrupt and inept claim. JMO)

Onto pic 104. Mat under gun.

R wants to know if VS can see anything on butt of gun at 6.14

Roux is like a guy who take's the scenic route but never actually arrives anywhere.

R now has up a photo showing splinter of wood on butt.

R: Who changed the gun?

VS: No one. The mat under the gun was confiscated.....the splinter could have been transfered....the mat could have been shifted while I was trampling, trying to take a photograph.

Gulp.

R says 'something sensitive'. Granted permission to approach witness. June S looks pained as camera zooms in on her.

Whatever it was, photos are not on the laptop and R will 'take steps to do that''.

Roux seems all at sea with this segment of the x-examine.. not confident, not up to speed, and not with a full grasp of what he has to deal with.. . its either an off day, or this is offputting evidence.... cant decide.

Nel objects. Roux is trying to show photos taken by a non witness that defence has never seen and the witness did not take.

R counters they are police photos.
