Still at issue for the defence also is how many pictures were taken of Pistorius -
he is still adamant that there were hundreds, the police photographer insists there were just nine.

I know OP said there were loads of pics taken of him, but did he ever say hundreds? I don't remember him saying that.

On a different note, there was no link in the last post of the last thread to this new thread. I was worried there was no more discussion!

R worked all the way round house, back to 6.05, 'Is that the first photo you took in bathroom?'

And witness gives exactly the same answer he did before! Roux's roundabout tactic did not work there....

Katydid - Roux is talking about a Col whose name begins with an M. Not Officer Botha.

Did anyone manage to screen shot the pic of ladder? I missed it. That's a 3 part ext ladder, easily able to reach the balcony I think.

R has established Col M on balcony and VS in passage to bthroom at 6.04, through photos.

Now R showing 6.05 pic of empty passage 'You're in the same passage (with Col M) You must have passed him'

I am not sure what all this is about. So what if they did pass each other.

R: Is it version that you did not see him in that passage?

VS: No Milady I did not see him.

Ah. Now Roux moves in for the kill, listing pic times to prove that's not true, and VS must have seen him...
